Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, Wellness Bereich ist Grandios. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel... Erwarte ich mindestens eine Wasserkocher im Zimmer und/oder eine Teebereich im Spa! Sehr Schade.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einladenden Ambiente und sehr freundlichem Personal. Gefallen haben mir sehr die Regalevund der offene Schrank mit reichlich Plastik-Bügel (hätte auch aus einem anderen Material z.b.Holzvsein können) für Kleid und Hose neben der Dusche in einem seperaten Raum 👍Das Zimmer war gemütlich und im Bett hatten wir j 3 Kissen in verschiedenen Größen.Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich bestückt und man bekam zusätzlich Omelett,. Rührei- und Spiegelei. Es gab verschiedene kleine Brötchen und Crousin und Brot und Toastbrot und Kuchen sehr reichlich. Tee, normaler Kaffee im Känchen und es gab einen Kaffeeautomaten mit verschiedenen Kaffeevarianten.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot ist großartig. Auch im Restaurant werden sehr feine Speisen angeboten. Alles perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Notre séjour de 4 jours était top, les parties communes sont propres ! Au niveau piscine et bien être tout ne fonctionne pas (les saunas sont pas chaud malgré la mise en route!) Et dans les chambres la clim du côté réservé n’est pas présente un peu chaud la nuit à 3 dans la chambre ! Les repas proposés sont assez chers (et encerclé par les mouches en mangeant du poisson) mais bcp de restaurant autour donc c’est pas une fatalité !Autrement merci ☺️

Un bel hôtel à la déco chaleureuse très germanique ! nous avions pris un studio, grande chambre avec un joli balcon, coin salon et mini bar. Très calme et très propre. Le personnel est attentif et professionnel. Excellents petits déjeuners avec beaucoup de choix, il y en a pour tous les goûts, produits de qualité. Nous avons diné au restaurant, pareil, le personnel est bienveillant et sympathique, et parle anglais, utile lorsqu'on ne parle pas allemand... Le repas était très bon et bien présenté. Notre seule remarque concerne l'absence de menu en anglais ou français, ou la possibilité d'obtenir la traduction via un QR code. Pareil pour la chambre, il faudrait des chaines de télévision françaises et anglaises. Nous avons aussi profité du SPA et de la très belle piscine, tout est bien propre, dans un joli cadre, reposant, nombreux saunas et hammam. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
