A stale kitchen smell hung around the reception and permeated the building. No lights were on and it was like entering a dark cave. I normally like quaint old hotels but this was just down at heel and dispiriting. The photographer must be very clever as the reality was dismal. The sauna was an extra 55 Euros so we didnt use it and didn't eat there as the stale smell was so unappetising. We would not have stayed except that we had booked and paid in advance.

Notre sejour etait cher pour le service et ceux qui etait compris dans les nuitées, spa et hammam en supplément, petit déjeuner très peu varié et nous entendons tout dans les chambres, aucune insonorisation.

Hôtel moyen, ne vaut pas ses trois étoiles, personnel moyennement aimable, service chambre acceptable, prix SPA beaucoup trop cher (30euros/personne-heure), donc pas utilisé, chambre sur rue bruyante, avec clim quand-même, petit-déjeuner buffet peu varié et produit plutôt bas de gamme (jambon, baguette...), PAS D'OEUFS, peu de fruits, n'avons du coup jamais pris de repas autre...

Je recommande cet hôtel : Le couple de propriétaires est tout à fait charmant. L’hôtel est un joli établissement. Ma chambre située à l’arrière, au calme, était propre et confortable. J ai beaucoup apprécié le dîner . Lors de mon prochain passage à Bagnoles de l Orne , je choisirai cet hôtel.

Sympathique établissement familial

Un hôtel familial à l'ancienne entièrement rénové et décoré avec soin et goût. Des propriétaires qui ont récemment repris l'établissement et font leur maximum. Chambre propre et jolie, salle de bains de bonne taille et entièrement neuve, avec douche. Petit déjeuner en buffet plus que copieux et appétissant, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu goûter à tout, il faudrait plusieurs jours ! Nous n'avons pas testé la salle de restaurant ni le jacuzzi. Idéalement situé en plein centre de Bagnoles, lac et promenades accessibles à pied. Prix très corrects. Une équipe à encourager fortement !
