Great property. Nice clean and quiet. The only confusing part is when you google this place, it shows a pizza building instead of this motel. Especially if you check in at night, it feels creepy with arriving in front of the empty pizza building.

Is this the future of hotels?

Different type of place. No people working there. Just let yourself into your e-mail assigned room with a code. Only one other room was rented while we were there. Very quiet and dark at night. There’s a community Keurig coffee maker but bring your own pods because their pod vending machine charges $3/pod.

The property was no frills. At least it was clean and the bathroom looked newly renovated. There was no contact check in. Our room was located at the very end of the motel unit so we had to walk past all the other units, on a small walkway. It was over priced but I understand supply and demand. Not enough supply equals charge what you want. At least it was quiet.

This is a wonderful motel to stay at if you are visiting Tadoussac as it is very close to the ferry to take you over. It was convenient and on the main road.

$3 for a coffee is very expensive given the price of the room. There were no coffee cups available anyway so we couldn't even get a coffee. Everything else was very nice.

A pleasant surprise.

They had fire pits and we would have like to have known that ahead of time. The room was a good size and clean. Looks like it was just renovated.

The motel was basic but acceptable. There were few options in this part of Quebec but it was perfectly located for seeing the whales in Baie St-Catherine. Beds were hard but other reviews told us that. Picnic tables and fire pits in adjacent lawn was perfect for picnic meals. I woud suggest that owners consider adding towel hooks in the bathrooms.

The room was clean and the property was well maintained. The parking lot is dark and the building is hard to find from the road in the dark. More lights would be helpful.
