Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive

"We just returned from Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos with my family, plus my brother and his family, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Hugo, the manager. He was incredibly accommodating with everything we needed and even got us a room upgrade. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, perfect for our group. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and we always felt safe. One moment really stood out: my son and nephew left their phones in the lobby, one of them a brand new iPhone 17. The staff kept them safe and returned them to us the next day. That kind of honesty is rare and says a lot about this resort. The restaurants were fantastic with plenty of options for everyone. We didn't get to enjoy much of the entertainment because we were too busy eating and swimming, which tells you how good the food and pools are! We will definitely be back. Thank you again, Hugo!"

"Beautiful resort! truly beyond my expectations. It is huge though, so you will get your steps in. The pools were beautiful and food was great. Service of staff was sub par. We were disappointed because we came for our honeymoon and upon check in they told us they would do a little something in our room for us during our stay to celebrate and they never did. Getting water bottles was a mission also, they didn't automatically refill our fridge in our room so we had to go a couple separate times to ask for bottles, and even when we went down they wouldn't give them to us right then, we had to wait until they brough them to our room, which would take another half hour at least."

"I didn’t like the dinner options. The waits were too long and the dinner options were not great. The food was not very good or authentic. This is Cabo to eat dinner at 6pm and have to wait an hour and a half and the restaurant is empty is insane."

"This was our second stay at the resort and this time was not as good as the first. My two issues were: 1. The view from our room was not good. We paid for an ocean view room and what we got was an obstructed view. 2. The pool is “tired” - a lot of the tiles were missing/needed to be replaced. Otherwise the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean."
