Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

"Booked a king room with Hotels.com, when we arrived they said we had a two queen room and that’s the standard. After much back and forth I finally got my King room we booked. We were in building 19/20, seemed like an older building that could use some maintenance. Our room was huge and clean but the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool very well. Had to call twice for them to come check it out. The food was good and tons of choices, the market was our favorite. Staff was amazing and helpful. We enjoyed the golf cart rides all over the resort, they came quickly when you called for pickup. Only complaint is that they don’t let Uber onto the property. You have to use their shuttle services or a taxi. It’s $130 to the airport via their shuttle."

"The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The staff at the pool and beach go out of their way to help you. The hotel is right on Medano Beach and is great. The pool is beautiful with lots of chaise lounges. Love the property."

"This is my second RIU resort. I previously stayed at the adults-only location in Puerto Vallarta, which was incredible with wonderful customer service. The RIU here in Los Cabos has a stunning location and a beautiful beach. That said, the property itself felt a little tired, our room had worn outlets, and some of the staff seemed a bit burnt out compared to my Puerto Vallarta experience."
