"Excellent Facility and Wonderful Experience! We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Ziva once again this year! This was our 4th or 5th visit at this property and it felt even better than before. The space was clean, welcoming, well-organized, and very well maintained. Everything was prepared thoughtfully, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The staff were exceptional—professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality and willingness to assist made a big difference and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the facility, the staff, and the excellent service. We truly appreciate everyone’s hard work and would be happy to return and recommend this place to others. "This place is o amazing and it’s not super busy. We ate filet and lobster every night. The lamb at the French place is freaking insane. The staff are kind the food is great and the pools and drinks are the bomb!!! The Santa Fe next door is definitely more party and then up. This place is a lot classier so make sure you plan accordingly to what you want out of the trip. Santa Fe turnt up! The palace turnt up if you want to relax and have a great meal good company and not that many people around."

"The stay was nice. Property is slightly outdated but not too bad and kept up well. Food choices were limited and food was okay. I liked that this resort was a little smaller and you didn't have to wait for a golf cart to take you everywhere like some of the sister resorts. Activities were also somewhat limited but good enough. It would be nice if there was some nightly entertainment but this was lacking."

"Awesome property! We’ve stayed here before and the rooms and resort are A-1! The spa and food can get a little pricey but overall a fantastic stay. We also got upgraded to a 3 bedroom residence with private pool and jacuzzi! Also they arranged a private chef dinner for our birthdays! Chef Nancy was AMAZING!!! The food was phenomenal! 100/10 stay! Definitely coming back- soon"

"Me gusto todo en realidad, el lugar con excelente limpieza, atencion de su personal increible, la comida deliciosa, las albercas increibles los accesos a la playa la vista panoramica del cuarto de hotel, me recibio su un señor que representa a Expedia que no recuerdo el nombre de el pero super excelente su atencion y explicacion que me dio del hotel muy agradecido con el una excelente persona que me asesoro bastante mi reconocimiento para el y quiero decirles que eso ayuda mucho a que uno se sienta mejor y confiado, felicito a la compañia por tenerlo con ustedes. Agradecido y claro que regresare pronto"
