We had a good experience. Stayed there for only one night… the lobby was clean and smelled nice. Good water pressure and working AC. 4/10 for the pillows because they were hard and uncomfortable. I’m just happy everything went smoothly for us, despite the amount of bad reviews by others

We called it "the dorm room". Bring your own everything except bedding. An extra pillow is good to bring and a coffee maker. Super clean, well maintained but no frills. We will stay again. Kind of like camping indoors.

Number 1, the bed was comfortable. After that our stay was disappointing. We had NO HOT WATER. We were in town for a funeral for 4 days, NO HOT WATER. There wasn't a coffee pot, not even coffee in the lobby. NOTHING. Normally we have stayed in a Homewood Suites, Hampton Suites, etc. and they have a small kitchenette, this place did as well, however they did not have any utensil's. (fork, spoon, knives, plates) so if someone is staying and would like to utilize their small kitchenette they would have to hit up Walmart and buy all of these things as they do not provide ANYTHING. We even asked the front desk for a knife or spoon, plastic or otherwise. NOPE. No help with the hot water issue either. Highly disappointed and will never stay here again and we will tell everyone we know in town. What a joke.

Room amenities says "kitchen". What good is a kitchen with zero utensils? The room was clean though. The floors throughout the publuc areas were filthy. We booked this room because it stated "pet friendly" It did not show a $50 pet fee. Thats not pet friendly. We will never stay at any of this hotels sites again.
