Unclean hotel . Rooms smells . Had to ask for a room to be changed and infearness they did change it . Had issues with bed sheet ( itchiness and asked for sheets to be changed ) . Very poor breakfast - service is almost non existent, if you need something your have to ask for it several times before the respond . I

I strongly do NOT recommend it

First of all, the location - it's very difficult to find the hotel. It's in the middle of a car market. Taxis can't find it, and without a taxi you can't get to the center of Baku. The same problem occurs if you order any delivery - the couriers can't find the hotel, and you can't explain to them, because no one speaks English. I talked to other visitors, and everyone had the same problems. Secondly, when I arrived at 5am, they announced that the deluxe room I booked was unavailable. I didn't have the energy to look for a new hotel at that time. They gave me a room in a nearby hotel, but it was a standard room. They charged 100% as for a deluxe room, when I decided to leave the hotel and ask for a refund for the nights I didn't use, they refused. They advertise a swimming pool, you can only wash your feet in it. There were always people with complaints about the accommodation at the reception desk to solve problems.

Wir wurden gebeten ins modern Hotel Baku auszuweichen. Schon beim Eintritt ins Hotel kommt eine Duftnote entgegen, die alt und unhygienisch ist. Das Hotel wurde seit Errichtung sicherlich nicht ein einziges Mal renoviert oder tiefgehend gereinigt. Der Teppich am Boden des gesamten Hotels ist katastrophal. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig aber eckelhaft. Schimmel und Defekte wo das Auge nur hinsieht. Viele Hotelgäste sind aus Entwicklungsländern, warum eine "so gute Bewertung" für ein so mieserables Hotel zustande kommt. Mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft die ich in meinem 35 jährigen Reiseleben hatte.

Ny basseng og bastu

Ny basseng med spa , turkisk bad og sauna som var helt ny o Elton var ansvarlig for det. Daglig vann i flasken. Fri massasje med senere veldig bra masse med normal tarif.. God og hjelpsom personal på reception! Veldig finn hotell.
