“It was an apartment-style hotel, so I could wash it, and there was a flamenco bar and Mercado nearby, so it was very comfortable. It was nice to enjoy the sunset of the Atlantic Ocean because it was close to the beach.”

“A very nice Aparthotel with lovely rooms in the suite. Great rooftop area with a pool and loungers and large seating area. Very close to Panaderia La Molina (down the adjoining side street) and Carrefour supermarket (the next street) so very convenient for groceries. Plaza Mina is about 150 metres away, and from there you can easily head into the main city centre. Parking Santa Barbara is around a 5 minute walk and only cost €30 for 3 nights, so very good value. A couple of minutes further past...

“What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken...
