Jungle retreat for adventure seekers
This authentic homestay property would suit active people who like exploring out of the way places and meeting other adventurous travellers. The property is located in a lush jungle area and includes rice padis and tropical fruit trees. We travelled there by motorcycle and recommend that you enter latitude and longitude GPS coordinates otherwise you might get led elsewhere by google maps (like we did). The hosts prepared delicious local food and the servings were generous. We slept very well.

Awful con
Got dropped by taxi and had friendly welcome. Shown rooms. Awful. Showed them bookings and kept asking if this was the right place as very different from photos and our expectations! Socket only worked if bathroom light on. Toilet flushed with bucket of water. Only cold water. Dirty, looked like no one stayed there for a while. Driven to nearby lodge for breakfast and small hotel for dinner. Said they had more than one place but never asked for more money so looked to be correct that they were linked. Not at all what had been booked and paid for. Couldn't complain as in the middle of nowhere and needed them to arrange transport to go to next place. Only stakes one night instead of two. Beautiful area just don't stay with this lodge and associates.

Dear Guest, Do sorry for those all unconvincing arrangement. We know it was our fault facing he over booked and you were relocated to another property which was not under our expectation. But however know we have upgrade our property and have a new much better one far hidden in the ricefield area. We tahnk you very much for spending the time to write a review so we might do something much better in the future Regards,

Séjour de 3 nuits à Batukaru
Séjour de 3 nuits dont une passée dans un autre loca cita de qualité inférieure car à notre arrivée notre hébergement avait été attribué à d'autres personnes suite à des intempéries (fuite dans leur chambre). Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et excellent, le diner est nettement en dessous, très peu de choix. Locations de scooter avec casques pour les enfants et transfert avec Loca cita.3 nuits sont largement suffisantes. Un moyen de locomotion est indispensable car vraiment très isolé. La ballade dans les rizières et la visite du temple peuvent se réaliser en 1 jour. Tarif un peu élevé pour Bali (70 euros la nuit en juillet pour 4 personnes)

The real Bali
I really enjoy my time In Loka Cita. If you want to do so thing different and see the real Bali Its the place to go. The staff is super friendly and they are happy to Tell You more about they culture. You can ask one of them to be your guide to visit around the famous temples ( Luhar Batukaru and Ulun Danu) and Rice field région Jatiluwih. You can Also do bike and look a the village and i recommand to do the little trek just on the back of the place to see big bambou and the lovely place near the river Its so peaceful.

relaxing in wonderful nature,very friendly service
Eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre in wunderschöner Anlage mitten in der Natur. WLAN konnte man leider nur zeitweise nachts ausleihen. Sehr freundlicher zuvorkommender Service. In der Nähe eine wunderschöne Tempelanlage auch mitten in der Natur.
