너무나도 편안합니다.
와이프가 완전 천국같다고 하였습니다. 위치적으로 약간 외딴곳에 있어서 걸어서 다니기가 조금 힘들지만 빌라안의 모든 시설은 최고입니다. 특히 풀장과 화장실은 그 어떤곳보다 좋았습니다. 그리고 레스토랑의 스파게티랑 피자가 너무나도 맛있었습니다.

직원서비스는만족합니다.
사진으로봐서 많이기대는안하였지만 화려한풀빌라는 아니라서 그냥만족합니다 욕실 천장이 뚫려있어서 모기들걱정많이했는데 모기도 많지않고 일단직원분들이 다들친절해서좋았어요

호텔 직원 서비스나 친절이 매우 만족스럽습니다. 객실또한 깨끗했구요. 호텔 거리가 공항에서는 가깝지만, 구따 해변가나 우붓하고는 거리가 꽤 있습니다. drop 서비스가 잘되어있어 그나마 다행입니다. 전체적으로 매우 좋은 여행이였습니다.

I cannot believe that you didn’t do anything with my request to cancel this booking because with my wife, we had a car accident on Saturday 16th December and we couldn’t go there. We didn’t check in and you sent me this message asking how was our stay? Very poor service

Staffs are good. Transport facilities are good. But lots of mosquitoes inside room. Lizard sound inside room wakes you up sometime. Bathroom isnt clean -potty , wash basin tap were dirty. Private pool was nice.

It is very nice, luxurious property. But the surroundings are like much of Bali - crowded, chaotic! Excellent breakfast. Close to the beach.

Loved having our own private pool, limited choice for shopping & eating outdide of the villa. A bar within the resort near the main pool with some live music be awesome

この宿泊料でプライベートプール付きヴィラは最高。しかもキッチンとダイニングテーブルもあったので、近くの屋台やお店で買い込んだ物で、夕食を格安に済ますこともできます。 また、深夜の到着だったので、迎えの車が来ているか不安でしたが、こころよく出迎えていただけました。

The villa itself is good and beyond expectations. However, the service from the reception was not as expected. I booked the room including transportation to the airport and have requested it prior to the trip. I received the confirmation message via hotels.com. Surprisingly, the receptionist insisted that they only provide this service to the customers who stay for more than one day. If so, why release this option and reply to my request before the trip?

We had a great stay. They provided airport pick-up and drop-off free of charge. Villa was spacious and clean, had all amenities. Breakfast was good with local and western food, juices, tea, coffee etc. Restaurant food was really good. Spa was great too! Overall great place and safe for families.

The bathroom is open air so bugs can get into your private space. There isn’t much to do immediately outside the resort on the street but if you walk a bit there are some good restaurants. The villa itself is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Leider haben wir nicht die Unterkunft bekommen die wir gebucht hatten, hatten dafür aber einen Riesen großen Privatpool, der normalerweise für zwei Villen ist, die zweite ist aber nicht vermietet worden. Das Bad war leider nicht sehr ansehnlich, die Toilette war lose, die Toilettenbrille sah sowas von schäbig aus 🙈 und die Dusche hätte auch mal eine Grundreinigung gebraucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Der kostenlose Shuttle fährt einen nur zum Strand, die Rückfahrt muss man selber organisieren, mit Grab aber kein Problem

Check in professional und schnell. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wurden innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu unserer Villa gefahren. Super viel Platz. Alles sauber. Overall the staff are really friendly and helpful, they do their best to cater to the request and needs of the guests, which I really appreciate. As for the cleanliness, maybe because the villas are situated in the nature area it can be cleaner, but overall it is still acceptable :)

Okay if you need to be Jimbaran
The villas are nice and in good condition. The services need to be more of the Balinese hospitality that is expected at other hotels. Little to no amenities were available during our stay like room service.

Big and quite but not very clean
The rooms were big with loads of space and nice private pool. The surrounding area was nice quite and peaceful and ideal for our honeymoon but the biggest disappointment was that the room was not clean. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was not very clean either with algae on the baths' showers and taps. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and supportive. Breakfast served was appreciative as well.
