"This was a very nice hotel in a great location. I would have given this stay a better rating except for one thing. As an English guest , who always selects breakfast as the in house option, I was extremely disappointed to find that at breakfast the hot drink option was predominantly coffee ( which I don’t drink), fruit juice/ water and herbal style teas ( same in hotel room) but no English breakfast or Indian style teas. I wasn’t the only English guest who commented on this. Please get some English style tea:)"

From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the elegant atmosphere and top-tier standards.The location is absolutely perfect, offering easy access to the city's main attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. My room was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. Another massive plus was the convenient and secure car parking, which made traveling with a vehicle completely hassle-free.What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Every team member was remarkably warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their genuine hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome.I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and flawless service in Sofia. I will certainly be returning!"

"The staff was absolutely incredible, my whole experience at this property was great ! I checked in with Nikolay and he was the most patient, helpful and kind front desk person and the next day was this nice lady behind the desk , who let me keep my luggage in one of the meeting rooms after I checked out, so I can visit few museums before I leave! Breakfast was great , everything was so delicious and large variety of food as well, breakfast lady helpful and kind ! Just feeling lucky overall to find this place and will definitely go back any chance I got to spend in Sofia! Thank you Hotel Via Serdika !"
