"New parking charge of £10 per day. Ants in bedroom, pool locker jammed and had to wait 25 mins to get clothes etc and asked for a towel to be told to use the hairdryer to warm myself. No plug in wash hand basin. Feel that hotel has been let to run down lately. Food expensive !!!"
