"We were transferred at late notice to sister hotel (Skansen) which didn't meet our expectations in terms of room size or quality. Location was also far less convenient. Staff at Skansen were, though, helpful and friendly. As we had booked three rooms, it wasn't appropriate to initially try and just move one room to the other hotel. We feel this could have been handled far better by the Company."
