We arrived close to midnight and I was concerned that would be an issue but we were able to check right in with great help. I had made the reservation only a few hours before when we were on the road and our usual stay, Embassy Suites, was double the usual
rate so I figured I would try to save on cost since it was already going to be an expensive weekend eating out, games, etc. We rented the one bedroom suite as we prefer a separate bedroom. When we got to the room, it looked like it had been cleaned as there were fresh linens on the bed but there was an opened soda bottle on the kitchenette counter and some fried food crumbs on the floor next to the bed. The AC was really cold at night which we love but the pull out bed did not have any pillows or additional blankets other than the bed sheets that were on it. The main bed was not very comfortable (and I don't mind hard beds). There was a large continental breakfast, although we did not take part in but it smelt great. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was convenient and worked for our purpose of going to an Os game and visiting family but I will pay the extra and stay at our usual spot next time.
