โWe stayed here the night before our ferry trip to Koh Samui. We arrived late and left early, but we wished we spent more time here. The restaurant has a stunning setting and the beach looked very swimmable. We hear that you can sometimes see pink dolphins swimming right in the bay. There are no other guesthouses nearby so a walk down the street feels like you are really in Thailand, not farang- land. The owner was very friendly and drove us to the ferry pier for 500 baht. โ
โWe spent a peaceful long weekend at Racha Kiri Resort & Spa Khanom, and it was an ideal escape for my mother and me. The private villas offered real privacy and comfort, with sun-lit terraces and, in our case, a relaxing poolโperfect for casual chats and slow mornings. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making every interaction warm and seamless from check-in to departure. The spa was a highlightโprofessional Thai-inspired treatments in a calm, soothing setting that felt like a...
โIt was convenient as we needed just a night somewhere near the Donsak Pier.
Staff was lovely and got on her bike to buy us dinner.
But there was a cockroach and ants in the bathroom, and the towels looked a little off colour!โ
โEverything was good, but the lounge service was awful. They initially asked for 600 THB for late-checkout, but when asked another staff, 500 THB was enough. What did the first guy want to use for 100THB?
Worse, Late-checkout was at 4:30 pm, but they woke me up at 4:30 am and asked me to check out. How can I do "late"-checkout at 4:30 "am"? Furthermore, they did not even apologize.
One reason for choosing this hotel was that there was a fitness center, but there was no single dumbbell. It's...
โThis hotel is located just next to beach. Also, located in the center of city center. Perfect location to have a break on the beach and to have foods and drinks!
Hotel staff were also nice support and smiles.
I'm sure I will stay at this hotel if I will come back to Koh Samui!โ
