"A great hotel—I’d happily stay again. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the pool area relaxing, with a large, well-maintained pool. Breakfast is good: unlimited cereal and toast, plus a served plate of fried egg, sausage, and salad. Directly opposite the resort on the beachfront is a wonderful family-run Thai restaurant."

"This resort is in a beautiful cliff side location with rocky beach access and a beautiful pool and restaurant overlooking the sea and pool. Villa rooms are sea front. The property shows its age. Our villa was well equipped and nicely decorated with a vintage look. Renovation should be in its future, everything was in working order during our stay. We would stay again. The included breakfast is prepared to order "

"It was convenient as we needed just a night somewhere near the Donsak Pier. Staff was lovely and got on her bike to buy us dinner. But there was a cockroach and ants in the bathroom, and the towels looked a little off colour!"

"Shanti Samui was a perfect place to unwind. The staff is what made it such an unforgettable stay. They were so kind and helpful. We were just a short walk from the beach and some delicious restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant on the beach. The pool and the rooms were spotless and all surrounded by coconut palms. We were a group of 4 and all of us agree that we highly recommend Shanti Samui. You will love it!"

"Phangka Paradise is definitely not the flashiest resort, that said the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The food at the cafe was great and really reasonably priced. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves every time we used it. The room was clean and the bedding crisp. Yes it could probably do with some renovations, but the view from your bed in the beach front villas was amazing and the air conditioner worked perfectly. All in all, value for money it is a great place to...
