"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub. The hotel is understaffed and distant. "The photos of this room on Expedia are quite different — they seem to be mixed with other room types from the same property. In reality, the place looks about 75% like the pictures. The water heater didn’t work during my stay, but the service was good and communication was easy."

"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty.
