Hotel location at Riau Junction
Location is very good, although rather confusing at the entrance area, because it is integrated with the Supermarket. Rooms need some maintenance, such as the card switch, door to the toilet bath, lamp switches secluded at the back of bed table lamp. Bath shower is rather cramp.

Customers must get their rights
Overall good. During booking time, I request for a queen bed but was given a twin bed sharing. The hotel told they can not guarantee that the order if through agents such as hotel.com. I have made a complaint of this matter to hotel.com.

Faktor keamanan lbh ditingkatkan.
Mohon tetap dijaga kebersihan hotel, terutama kamar. Untuk keamanan jg lbh diperhatikan karena akses menuju kamar bersifat terbuka. Misal pintu penghubung antara hotel & dept store di sblhmya. Tidk masalah ada pintu penghubung, tp sebaiknya diperhatikan keamanannya, krn siapa sj bisa masuk ke dlm hotel.

Value for money
Does not seem to be a new hotel but room was clean and spacious. Great location with malls nearby. Staff were friendly and prompt. Breakfast was average.

Not bad will stay again
This hotel is connected to a shopping mall (not exactly big but good enough for basic stuffs). The riau factory outlets are also nearby (we walked there from the hotel about 10 minutes). Room is not really new but well maintained and breakfast is fairly good. Wifi is dead in the room, only available in reception lobby.
