Aston alway provides a great experience for me. The latest trip was really great. They upgraded me to the executive deluxe. Which had a great view and the fire stairs separated us from the neighboring room, giving a nice quiet experience.

Suite room is large, clean, modern and bright. Breakfast has many choices and delicious. But, the bed sheet a bit old - ripped and stained. Bathroom has very strong smoking smells. Other than that, this property is excellent.

Great property, great staff. Very clean. Surrounding area needs work. Lot of traffic and pedestrian pathways suddenly end resulting in walking within the street. While most of the driver's in indonesia are good. It makes you feel unsafe. Most of the indonesia people seem nice . I haven't had any issue with others while walking around. However, I am an American Male, and in comparison to the typical Indonesian, I am observably larger. Which may factor into my safety.

The hotel is at the city centre. So it’s so easy to get around (near to shopping malls, markets, attractions, restaurants; car rides are convenient). The plethora selection of breakfast menu is also excellent and well thought of. Room service is swift and efficient.

Good location, clean room excellent staffs and breakfast. Internet connection - wifi in rooms were not stable and strong enough - i depend on data most of the time. , Executive deluxe room are facing to road and rooms are not sound proof, but on request they have immediately changed and upgraded room ' which solved sound issue.

Location is good, but room is not

The room and bathroom are not clean. There are a lot of ants on the tables, and they even got into our bed. The street noise was horrible; we couldn't sleep, even though we were on the top floor.

The property itself is amazing. The only issue I experienced with the propety is the elevator. There are only two guest elevators. When they are heavily booked it becomes a problem with wait time of 10 minutes to get on an elevator. Often times having to pass one up do to it being full. The Area around the hotel leaves much to be desired. The heavy traffic and consistant loss of sidewalk makes it feel dangerous to walk. There is also a lot of trash along the side walks outside of the properties jurisdiction.

Worst 4 Star hotel I ever stayed.

- There was a stain on the wall right on top of the WC. - There was a baby snail crawling inside the toilet handsink. - The shower glassdoor shrieks very loud like as if it is gonna break. So is the toilet door, making loud shrieking noises. - All these issues, I have some pictures and videos BUT unfortunately not able to upload it from Hotels.com platform. - While waiting for the lift on 11th floor, the lift movements made so much noise. - How can they run Restaurant without table numbers??? Twice, I ordered Sunny Sideup Eggs, only to be met with disappointment when it was not delivered even after waited for 40mins. Frustrated, I left!
