Total rip off. Don't waste your money here

Horrible expierence! Paid $15 for 1 person for a breakfast but there NO food left!! Literrally NO FOOD @ 9am!! They didn't tell us that they don't have food left. They should have not get us in!! Even they gave me the dirty table and when we asked to clean up the table, they only change the table matt with upset face. So we ourself clean up all the food crumbs. Dirty towels. Hairs on the pillows. NO hair dryer. Mean staff. Total rrp off!!!! 절대 가지마세요. 세상 불친절. 바가지.

Airport Transfer

We request airport transfer more than 3 times with different staff. During check out, we request for the 4th times and unfortunately there are no drivers available to send us to airport. They should take note and responsible of guess request and mention earlier so we could have backup plan. We have to bare the cost that should be included in the hotel service. However, breakfast variety of food, nice ambiance, lots of nice spot for photo. 7 mins walk to Paris Van Java mall.

helpful staff, Nice design, but bad electricity

staff was very helpful, the hotel design was good, despite of small room size. traffic would be very painful for peak time, to bad, the electricity in my room was unstable, on and off, since midnight to almost check out time. quite annoying, since the Air cond sounds noisy. but overall, it was good, really appreciate the staff, they are thoughful and helpful. small parking lot, but don't worry, they have vallet service.

Near PVJ & restaurants

Exactly opposite park with fresh air, nice to sit there & enjoy the fresh cool air, while watching the children play. 50 meters from well known PVJ shopping center in Bandung. Surrounding by many restaurants. Economy hotel rate, easy to reach from Pasteur exit toll gate.

The room was nice and clean, only thing i dont enjoy was the breakfast. Its very poor tasted, considering the rate per-night abit expensive so should have more variety of the food.

A Strategic Spot Hotelll.

I stayed here for two nights and I can easily find this hotel because they located beside the main street. This hotel have a comfort beds and sheets but the room is really small, the distance between TV, that set on the wall, with the bed is only 1 meter.

v fancy hotel

the hotel is v fancy, theme is surreal and everything is so elegant! the breakfast is pretty good and staff is also v friendly, would def stay here again on my next trip.

A good choice

Have a good stay at this hotel as it was recommended by a BFF. Near ZEN family massage and shopping/food joints. However, like to highlight on two matters that the HOTEL should improve on: 1) Do not understand why the bathroom is always flooded after a bath. Complained to the reception but nothing done! 2) The hotel should also be more alert on calls to the room. The night before checked out, we received a call in the room from someone in Indonesian, upon request to talk to us in English, we were informed that they are from the hotel and sending over to our room as door/welcome gift. We were alerted and told the someone that we will go to the reception to pick them up instead of delivery. A check with the reception found no such matters. We were taken aback!

Cozy and staff friendly hotel

Had our candle light dinner prepared by the staff. Excellent efforts for the deco, romantic setup, delicious food (portion can be lesser), nice music and ambience. The staff who served us was extremely polite and friendly. There's a complimentary cake baked by the staff as well. Love our stays at Park View Hotel so much!

Hotel with french connection

The location is good, nearby to shopping malls and cafes. The room is spacious and comfortable. The food is good. The staffs are friendly. The ambience in the hotel is nice and warm. The only minor negative point for this hotel is the design of the toilet. Fitting in the bath tub is too cramped for the toilet. Otherwise, all is good for this hotel.

It was indeed a new hotel in the area however, all the staffs was so welcoming, warmth and approachable. As it was my first time in Bandung, they gave me lots of information and guided me throughout my stay there. Thumbs up to all the staffs because they are very service oriented. Another plus point, the interior and exterior of the hotel looked superb and awesome!

Tempatnya si Keren sekali, meskipun tpt parkirnya kecil sekali, akan tetapi tak perlu kawatir karena adanya Vallet Service, jadi enjoy 2 aja si plg malem, pas masuk saya book di Deluxe double bed, waktu di kasi kamarnya saya Kaget , ternyata di kasi nya Twin bed ( dempet ) sebesar 1.2 m 1.2 m. jadi besar totalnya 2.4 meter. itu besarr sekali. hanya saya kira saya salah kamar jadi saya complain karena saya berharap dapat king bed size ( maklum perdana di hotel ini) saya req ke REseptionistnya dan mereka membalasnya dengan sopan dan baik sekali, setelah pindah kamar, ternyata tidak seperti yang saya harapkan, malah jauhh kecil di bandingkan sebelumnya, istri saya kaget dan ingin kembali ke kamar sebelumnya, wah saya tidak enak sekali dengan Receptionist tadi. tapi saya kuatkan hati untuk bicara dengan receptionist kembali. alhasil, Receptionistnya begitu baik dan sangat ramah memberikan kita kembali ke kamar kami sebelumnya, dan kamar kami sebelumnya posisi rapih sekali.. Two tumbs up ! untuk keramahan hotel ini top sekali. dan sewaktu di lift saya bertemu dengan Owner Hotelny ( dia mengaku papa owner) om nya sangat baik dan care, kita berbincang2, dan dia cek sana sini, untuk ke-puasan pelanggan. untuk Pelayanan ini saya berikan nilai 9-10 kesokan harinya kami menikmati Breakfast, yang menurut saya, ya .. Oke lah. untuk type type makanan dan minuman, saya beri nilai 7.5-10 untuk Interior tidak usah di sangkal lagi ini tpt si Oke sekali.. nilai 9-10
