I like that heating system was independent and after hot pools I came back in hot and comfortable room, reception was super friendly and helpful in all my issues. Super great location right on Banff ave. Walk friendly to off the shops and restaurants and like a 15 min drive to the Banff Gondola which is a must visit. Staff was so nice made our bed everyday of our stay changed towels and always warm. The free coffee and tea is the best they even let us take a couple home. Sweetest receptionist and it’s 24/7 available for anything we need. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was across the street which I didn't realize until after I booked. We arrived late at night so it was a bit of a hassle just because we were tired, otherwise it would have been fine. You get to use the amenities at the check in hotel, which is nice. The room itself was really clean and very cute. Most staff was very nice, just had one interaction with one staff member that was a little rude.
