The reception staff is very helpful. The property is in great condition. Spacious, clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Very close to Lake Louise and Moraine lake. Will return soon.

We stayed at this lodge for two nights and had an excellent experience. Despite arriving late, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast upgrade, and the breakfast offered a delicious selection with great variety. The room was very clean, and the staff throughout our stay were welcoming, professional, and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Really helpful and friendly staff that upgraded our room without being asked. Rooms looked to be recently renovated, clean and had all the extra's to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast on site was a nice plus and the staff coordinating breakfast every morning did a fantastic job. Great price for midweek in Louise.
