Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

The hotel was outdated it was not like the picture. I had to use stairs to get to the elevator a d then a few more stairs to get to my room. The staff was very polite and helpful
