"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the team. A special thank you to: * Front Office Manager: Viviek Sharma * F&B Management: Harpreet and Saurav * Restaurant Team: Bhupinder, Gaurav, Jasmeet, Narayan, Paramjit, Priya, and Sheetal * Bar: Priya * Door/Security: Ajay, Harpreet, and Rajwant * Housekeeping: Parthiv Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. They were particularly warm, kind, and attentive towards our 9-year-old son, who was made to feel genuinely welcome and included throughout our stay. Their friendly interactions and thoughtful approach meant a great deal to our family and helped make our stay even more special. All of the amenities were great, from the pool to the restaurant and bar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit. The service was exceptional, the food was excellent, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff made all the difference. We look forward to returning in the future! "The Hotel Staff were excellent and truly helpful especially Gagan & Pavinder, who were always there whenever I needed something. Rooms were clean and maintained. The Air-con was great as the heat outside was over 40c. The Hotel needs to have more rooms and also a swimming pool and fully functional gymnasium and games room with a pool table, maybe a Spa as well? Also a Tech room, where one can go and use their own computers and fully functional fax and printing services. The Bar and Restaurant was also very nice and clean, I will most definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Found the establishment to be welcoming, clean with friendly staff. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries replaced where necessary. Overall excellent hotel I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. "

"Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. Why was I not given a room away from guests according to the functions which clashed with my booking. Not very well organised by the booking staff. First morning breakfast was laid out in the dining area with a small amount of variety of fruit, cake, eggs and porridge and choice of 2 juices however the remaining 3 mornings there was nothing on display so had to ask for certain items of food as well as all drinks and then had to wait on the service. Why the inconsistency? I booked this according to their website which offered full continent breakfast so a huge let down as false advertising as I would not have gone ahead with my booking at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I most definitely will not be booking again on my future visits. "
