성인5명 3베드룸 투숙 후기
청결도는 기대 안하고 가는게 좋음. 아무래도 오래된 건물이라 노후화가... 또한 레지던스에 세탁기는 없으니 참고 요망. (3베드룸에도 없음) 그치만 좋았던 점도 있음. 직원이 너무!!! 친절함!!!! 5박하면서 시설에 대한 불편함은 있었지만 직원들 때문에 화 안내고 잘 놀다왔음. 그리고 넓어서 대가족(5~6인) 투숙시에는 추천함.

수압이 좀 약하고 샤워기가 천장에 붙어있는거 빼곤 정말정말 다 좋았습니다~~~ 방음이 좀 잘 안되는것 같긴한데 숙소에선 잠만 자서! 별문제없었어요~~

가성비는 갑. 투룸에 거실있는 방 했는데 넓고 좋았어요 걱정하고 갔는데 재투숙 의사 100퍼 근데 로비에 서양 직원들이 뭐만 영어로 이야기하면 표정이 안좋고 불친절함ㅋㅋㅋ 영어가 알아듣기 어렵겠으나 웃어줄 수 있을텐데 뭐 부탁하기 꺼려짐. 무시한적도 있고 불친절함.

관리가 엉망인 호텔
거실이랑 부엌에 바퀴벌레 우글우글. 호텔룸에 바퀴벌레 돌아다니는 거 처음 봄. 컴플레인 했더니 방 바꿔줬으나 바뀐 방 들어가자마자 도마뱀이 떡하니 있고 이불은 꿉꿉하고 투배드 룸에 예약시 인원도 5명으로 기입했음에도 타월은 4개만 세팅이 되어있기에 다음날 팁과함께 타월하나만 더 세팅해 달라 했지만 팁만 홀랑 챙기고 여전히 4개를 세팅. 테이블과 탁자는 안 닦은 음식자국이며 얼룩이며 먼지가 쌓여있고 소파도 더러워보여 함부로 앉기가 꺼려질 정도 였습니다. 호텔로비에서 택시 대기 할때 로비에 모기가 많아 여러군데를 물리기도 했습니다. 4성급에 이렇게 관리가 제대로 관리가 안되는 호텔은 처음입니다. 사진에 속지 마세요

비즈니스 스위트.. 방이 분리되어있어 편안함. S층에 수영장과 따뜻한 자쿠지.. 다과즐기며 시간보내기 좋음. 살라댕 실롬콤플렉스까지 툭툭이를 운영하나 4박동안 한번을 못탐. 멀지않은 거리이나 은근 귀찮음. 직원들 완전 친절은 아니나 대부분 친절하려 노력하는것같음. 바닥청소는 깨끗하지 않음. 재방문의사는 거리나 위치때문에 생각해봐야할듯함

호텔 내 툭툭이를 2대나 소유하고 있어서, 실롬역이던 살라댕역이던 원할 때 픽업 해 주더라고요~ 수영장도 깨끗하고 흡연 구역도 지정 해 둬서 너무 좋았습니다! 직원 분들도 영어로 회화가 가능하고, 원하는 것이 있으면 바로바로 요청 사항 피드백 주고! 시설도 좋고 이 정도 가격에 이 정도 시설, 서비스 너무 만족합니다^^

Stayed here a couple times recently. The staff is great. Place is a lot cleaner and maintained that other properties in the same cost and class. In an upscale neighborhood with restaurants and more tourists options the other way. Little walk from the blue line but not back. Would stay again in that part of town

The Bandara Siam suites are very clean and comfortable and have large windows with great views of the city. The staff is very welcoming, kind and patient. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing. I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you. Plus they provide a complementary tuktuk service which is very convenient.

The suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable - I love that it is hard floor instead of carpet. Feels cleaner. Bell men are very helpful, especially Mr. Awan (I think that is his name). There is a free tuk tuk to take you to the Silom station. Be aware that the taxi waiting outside the hotel gate refuses to run the meter so if you want a meter taxi you will need the bell man to call one for you.

We have stayed at Bandara many times over the last 15 years and it never disappoints. The location is very convenient to Silom shopping. The facilities are always well maintained and cared for. The staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, especially Kai the Manager and Mr Noom. The rooms are clean, have everything you could need and the pool is lovely. We will keep coming back!
