Granted, it is a bargain room so I wasn’t thinking it was going to be the Ritz. Front desk was top notch and helpful. Room was pretty much 4 cement walls and a bathroom. Needed something close to the airport with shuttle. Tons of street noise. Didn’t expect the airport transfer to be a charge item.

I’m here just for the night till my freind pick me up in the morning, I’m on fourth floor and no elevator the receptionists very extremely friendly and carried me luggage up for me

Horrible hotel. No available rooms, no effort made to accommodate and I had to sleep on chairs at BKK for 7 hours.

The staff was great! They even invited me to join them for dinner @ 2:00 AM when I checked in! What I didn't like like was that the room was on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Worst hotel in Bangkok

This hotel was so bad. The door to the room didn't lack. We had to leave and find another hotel. The manager of the hotel was very rude and not helpful.

Flying home from Bangkok.

We would have liked a couple of proper chairs to sit in. No hand towels in the washroom and the soap dispenser did not work in the kitchen. No side tables for the beds, which were nice king size. Other than that no problem the location to BKK is good.

We like staying close to the airport the night before we fly out so the location is good. We did ask to have an airport shuttle take us to the airport at 4:30 AM, which is very early for a family with young kids. When we went downstairs with all of our suitcases we found out that the shuttle wasn’t booked for us. We had to hail a taxi off the street. This was disappointing.

TERRIBLE, DON'T STAY HERE

This hotel experience was totally NOT as advertised. It's in a sketchy location, with prostitutes everywhere. The staff was NOT friendly. They do not take credit cards, and the restaurant was closed at 8pm for dinner. The hotel room door was glass with a weird film thing, but you people could still see in our room. The water turned off when we wanted to shower. And they only call a cab after 8am, which was useless in our case.

Bad service, poor treatment, bad location. They ask for deposits on the room key. There is no elevator, and there is no one to help you get into the room or guide you to its place. The Internet does not work. I could not sleep and I left early at seven in the morning and without breakfast. A bad experience and I will certainly not repeat it.
