Happy with my stay. Comfortable rooms, hotel was near many eateries. Many halal food eateries abt 15mins walk away. Staff especially Boupae was friendly n she speaks good English. Nothing to complain about

Amazing staff

The building is older, but beautiful inside and in a great location for shopping in the Siam area. But it's the amazing staff that makes this place truly special. Friendly and generous, and extremely helpful if you are new to Thailand. Don't miss your chance to stay at this gem.

Made this booking in belief it stays right behind Asia Hotel and BTS itis not... Near 1 km apart. also the pool is not usable for any swimming... The buildingd and the rooms are worn down but the beds are as always in Thailand hard and super nice... Staff friendly and try to help out...

The hotel staff were lovely and friendly, my room had an awful smell end up buying air fresheners as was only in there for one night if you like a rock hard bed this is for you it’s very uncomfortable. Later found the room covered in mould.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit old but comfortable. breakfast can be improved. I like their location, it's nearby the local street market, and you can get a lot of excellent food cheaply. overall, a nice place to stay, if the local market is your go-to place.

The hotel is near to the city and easier to take taxis and grab. The hotel is old and we brought swimming attire but the swimming pool is like an aquarium and in the lobby area. It is different from the picture.

The grab app does not work properly with this location. You have to use nearby addresses to get it to work and everything is crooked and the outlets don't work and they still want it a $500 deposit

Front desk staff was not helpful we arriverd 11pm and given us unrealiable information. When asked for breakfast, she said frim 8-10 and no accomodation for visitors who need to go early for tours. Other staff said breakfast start 7am. We wasted the breakfast add-on since most tours starts early.

The worse hotel ever

Please do not west your time and this hotel. Because it's really so bad, nothing clean. We didn't even continue our booking on this hotel. We booked another hotel and we live. Completely dumb.

The room are very scary with mirror all over. When you open the balcony door, all you can see literally were rooftop and can stand over the roof from our bedroom. I had to check in for 1 hour and check out and moved to another hotel. I was never get refunded for my 3 days payment but it’s ok. At least I get to sleep in another decent hotel.

The listing is completely false. We had no city view. There was no free snack bar, in fact there wasn't even water in the room. The swimming pool is disgusting, I wouldn't let my dog swim in it.

Waste of Money on this hotel

Terrible hotel. Booked 4 nights but couldn't stay more than one night although the hotel refused to refund the 3 nights not used but I preferred to lose the money than staying any longer. Rooms smell bad- not clean. Everything is old and looks it's been abundant place. During one day stay at this hotel, I witnessed many customers checking out earlier than their original booking and were angry. The pictures you see are not real.
