The hotel was in a great location and the room was very spacious and clean! It was very modern and the view of the city was great. I would highly recommend staying here! Early check in was also available for a fee which was extremely helpful to us after a long overnight flight.

Extremely overpriced. Cold, dark room. Even with the aircon turned off, the room was freezing. Zero soundproofing, too noisy to sleep at night due to footsteps above and doors slamming. Breakfast was decent, but again, freezing cold in the breakfast area. The pool and pool area was very good. No issues there at all. For the same price you can stay at a far better place, the grand Hilton Asoke for example, or half the price for an Ibis or Mecure and they are of a higher standard. The 2000 baht daily deposit is also double what you pay at the Grand Hilton Asoke - though the staff did nicely agree to only charge me 1000 baht daily deposit after I complained about the high price. I won't stay here again, I'll stick with the Grand Hilton Asoke to get the proper Hilton experience

I’ve been staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok five times and the entire staff of this company should be highly praised and complimented for their forever dedication in providing a comfortable stay for hotel guests. I’ve always been greeted by big warm smiles from the reservation desk, the morning crew of Dee Lite Bistro at breakfast and the house keepers on the 19th floor. I do want to personally thank Yok, Kuk and Pui in keeping my room clean throughout the nine days I still. Thank you for your extreme service!

Hotel is in a good location close to bars restaurants and shopping malls The staff are friendly and welcoming the one and only issue and it’s a personal one I thought the bed was uncomfortable it was too lumpy and pillows were too soft

The hotel staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. You'll find a delightful array of delicious restaurants in the vicinity, and the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the station. While the soundproofing could be improved and the breakfast options are somewhat limited, I highly recommend exploring the nearby dining spots. Always an amazing stay here. Stayed here multiple times as I find their beds comfy, the service great, and it's a perfect location without the noise of Bangkok at night. This time, I stayed on my birthday, and they set up the room for me. Plus, offered me an opera cake the night of my stay. Definitely will be coming back

The staff here were excellent with great customer service! The rooms were clean and the food was wonderful! We had a great stay!

We stay at this hotel regularly and the staff are always attentive and helpful. The only thing that has changed, is the increase in deposit for your stay. Otherwise, we will still continue to stay at this hotel.

Don't Double Think! Go Ahead To Book This Hotel :)

This was my first time staying at the Doubletree in Sukhumvit on business travel. What a seamless check-in experience! I had a late check-in, so the warm cookie was a nice touch (especially so after a long day of work!) Great location with just a short 5 min walk to the train station. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet also has a great selection of food. I hope to be back soon :)
