The view was amazing and the pool was so beautiful. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the Dusit Central Park mall and right across from the Lumphini park and is in walking distance to the MRT and the BTS station. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Breakfast, the room, the pool and rooftop bar all amazing. Great location next to shopping mall with many restaurants and good shopping. Next to the beautiful park. The gym was good. Sadly on the last day I saw in the gym that there were free and paid classes at the hotel such as yoga and sound bath, if I had been told about these classes at check in or if there was an information leaflet in my room (same as the gym) then I would have booked and not missed out on these classes.

The Dusit Thani is one of the finest hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Virtually everything about it was perfect and its location next to the new Central Park Mall meant that we had so many great choices for meals. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return.

Everything is exquisite offered in Dusit Thani Hotel. The staffs were very helpful and professional. The location is great directly connected to Central Park Mall and Silom Subway Station. The amenities are special from its pillows to Dyson hair dryer. Great view from the room. This is definitely a special place to stay in Bangkok.

Perfect example of a “fake” luxury hotel. While on the surface it looks like a luxury place with premium amenities, room, modern design, in practice the hotel quality is low. The AC will prevent you from sleeping, the windows are not well isolated and you’ll feel like sleeping on the road, the toilet buttons don’t properly work, the lights are not well designed and hard to turn on/off. It’s also very loud outside the lobby and entering/exiting the hotel takes unnecessary time as the hotel was built around a busy road with high traffic. Regarding the staff, it also needs more training and most don’t speak well English, which makes the whole experience complicated, even for simple requests like sending a food order to the room. Overall not a smooth and enjoyable time. I will not come back
