バスルームにボウフラがわいています。ペット可なので獣臭がします。ベットを連れていない方にはキツいです。別の部屋から犬の鳴き声が大きく聞こえて寝れません。

I'm so happy with the hotel. Nice bedroom with separate living room. Good price in the city center. Very close to Emporium and EmQuartier. Especially the hotel is pet friendly. There is dog park on rooftop. Thank you very much for letting my dog in.

トンロー駅からは歩いて15分ほどかかり汗だくになり、夜間は暗く危険を感じます。まわりに大手チェーンのコンビニがなく不便です。 室内はいたって普通ですが、ホテルを拠点にアクティブに行動するということは駅から離れているのでできないです。

今回は洗濯機，前回は冷蔵庫の故障，その前はバスルームの天井からの水漏れで部屋の移動と何かしら問題はあるものの翌日には対応してくれています。 　毎回２週間の滞在をしますので，部屋は広く洗濯機と冷蔵庫，キッチンの設備がありコスパが良いところが気に入っています。 　スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切です。 　無料のトゥクトゥクは大変便利ですが１９時でサーヴィス終了なので19時以降の帰宅の際はトンロー駅から１０分程徒歩になってしまいます。

バスルーム天井から雨漏りがしました。部屋のチェンジは次の日にならないと部屋が空かないとのことでした。残念でした。部屋の引っ越しはスタッフがお手伝い下さりスムーズでした。 　無料のトゥクトゥクはとても便利ですが，７～１９時までです。19時～有料でいいので検討お願いします。 　スタッフはいつもフレンドリーです。

Good Room and Location in the Sukhumvit Area

My husband and I booked a studio room for 2 nights. The facilities were clean and decently comfortable for our needs. We enjoyed using the kitchenette and washing machine in the room. The place is located down a quiet street away from the city noise. Walking is a bit far from the BTS if you don't enjoy that sort of thing, but they do offer a free tuk tuk service to the BTS from 7:00-19:00 to help compensate, which we used a few times. We disliked the bathroom window constantly being open, letting in the bad city air, although there was a mesh screen to keep bugs out. Additionally, the pillows are really thick and uncomfortable to sleep with, so we ended up using the couch pillows instead. Wifi was spotty at times, but not their fault as the ISP went out, and overall better than other places we've stayed in Thailand.

今回３度目の宿泊でした。毎回，室内は清潔に保たれています。 スタッフもみな誠実で丁寧に対応してくれます。 　トゥクトゥクの無料送迎がAM7～PM7まで有り大変便利ですが，PM７以降も有料でいいのでPM10時位まであると助かります。ご検討頂きたいです。 　帰国の際，空港までのタクシーをホテルで予約しましたが，ホテルのオフィスのスタッフが事前にタクシードライバーと料金を交渉してくれていました。 　料金も適正な価格でした。お陰で空港まで安心してタクシーを利用できました。 　次回もこのホテルを予約しました。

The hotel is in a quit location off the Sukhumvit between two BTS stations. The hotel has a free tuk tuk shuttle to both BTS stations and a Big C supermarket. The staff speak good English and were extremely friendly and helpful.

ホテルは綺麗ですし、お部屋も広く、スタッフの方々も笑顔で親切で可愛らしくて大変満足しています。 難を言えば駅から少し離れている事と道がわかりにくい事ですが、電話で対応してくれたり、Expediaを介してのメールにもすぐに返信して下さるので困る事はありませんでした。 トゥクトゥクで駅近くまで送迎サービスがあるのでとっても便利なんですが夜7時までなのでもう少し遅くまでやってたら嬉しいのになぁと思いました。

강아지동반으로 숙박하기엔 가격대비 최고의 숙소라고 생각됩니다. 수영장은 없지만 6층에 자쿠지와 사우나가 있고 8층에 옥상가든에서 강아지와 산책하며 좋은 추억을 만들수 있습니다 툭툭이 서비스도 pm 7시까지 자유로 이용할 수 있어 교통또한 매우 편리합니다

Friendly staffs. The location is a little bit far from the BTS station but the free tuk tuk service provided by the hotel is convenient for tourists go in and out. The room size is large and the room is clean as well.

今年の１月に２週間宿泊し快適に過ごすことが出来たのでまた宿泊しました。 　リーズナブルなのに部屋は広く清潔。スタッフは皆，誠実。帰国の日に空港までのタクシーを呼んでもらいました。するとスタッフがタクシーのナンバーやドライバーの名前等チェックしメモを取ってくれていました。タイのタクシードライバーの中には高額な料金を請求する悪質なドライバーが居ますがお陰で空港まで正常な料金で行くことが出来ました。遅い時間でしたがスタッフが丁寧な対応をしてくれたお陰です。感謝します。次回も又このホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

통러역에서 약1km 도보로 10~15분. 사장이외에는 영어로 소통 어려움. 주변 편의점 하나 있음. 저렴한식당,마시지등 시설 거의없음(탈링플링퓨전 태국식당있음). 나올때는 무료 툭툭사용가능. 숙소로 들어갈땐 걸어가야함. 욕실 온수 조절 되지않아 불편했음. 피트니스센타 부실함
