The staff were extremely friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and staff was quick with any housekeeping requests. I would definitely stay here again.

The whole hotel is good and clean and the staff are lovely but the pool definitely needs draining and all the allege needs cleaning apart from that it was a lovely place to stay

Whatever you do don't stay here, the description is fake and so are the pictures. There is no city view, airport shuttle, slippers, robe, jacuzzi but no pool. The younger staff are friendly but the older ladies are rude and treat you as if you're bothering them. The floor in rooms are peeling and will cause you to stumble if you're not careful. The AC is very loud and will keep you up at night. The king size bed had cover that were for a full size bed so the didn't fit properly.

hotel is a bit run down,many tour groups come through here so expect a tour and travel type of service. breakfast is included but is just there to feed you for the next stop, dont expect much. there are many local restaurants around so i would nt eat in the hotel if igiven a choixce.

房間牆角有尿騷味 房間電燈也太昏暗了 電源插座是壞的 早餐 很多旅客（中國人）用自己的筷子 直接在自助餐區 夾菜 太噁心了 ，服務人員竟然未制止

This location is quite from the city center and not well known with local taxi drivers. make sure to have your location written down in Thai or download an offline map of the area to show taxi drivers. The location, however, is filled with great food vendors, street food, and has a 7/11 less than 5 minutes away. During my stay the onsen pool was under maintenance and the gym plus sky bar was never open.
