Perfect place for a relaxing stay

The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly, which made my stay very comfortable. The pool and garden were well maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere to relax. The location is also convenient for getting around Sathorn. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Excellent location—safe, quiet, and walkable with great dining options nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel really welcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety. One of the best things was the 24-hour stay policy, which worked perfectly for our late-night flight. A great place to relax and enjoy Bangkok. Highly recommend.

Wonderful ambiance the second you step foot in the lobby! Beautiful pool and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Staff was incredibly helpful and even arranged an early morning taxi and take away breakfast for our flight. Very centrally located with complementary service to train station provided free of charge

My daughter chose this hotel and my family absolutely satisfied with the service. It was calm and clean. We enjoyed the facilities and good staffs always care of us. We want to stay again when we visit Bangkok.

Nice place to stay with very comfortable beds, functional rooms with a stocked bar fridge, good air conditioning system, and excellent choice for breakfasts. Staff were great and extremely helpful and accommodating in everything that we asked of them. Great location as 5 minutes from a train station and major shopping centre yet quiet enough that you can forget that you are in the centre of a very busy and bustling capital city. Only complaint was that we asked for a quiet room and yet we were located on a middle floor with a young family above us who had kids that were constantly running around and jumping up and down on the bed causing us to be kept awake. I would certainly this visit this place again but next time I would insist on a 3rd floor room.

An oasis

If you’re going to Bangkok don’t bother to stay anywhere but here. The U Sathon is an oasis in this hectic city. The staff go above and beyond and are delightful. The rooms are superb and the cleanliness is second to none. I cant praise this hotel high enough.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast & the pool area is especially amazing. Staff are so friendly, highly recommend if staying in Bangkok. Pool has sunlight all day! Rooms are big and spacious with a balcony.

Relaxing hotel in the middle of Bangkok

Having been here 3 times now and this place is still a very nice hotel. The breakfast is still high quality. The service is not the same at its top, but still ok. I am missing the enthusiasm from the employees, that was so high back when the hotel opened. The hotel itself is getting older, but in general still well maintained.

My favorite hotel in Bangkok!!! Friendly staffs, nice food, beautiful decoration and hotel ambience. Quiet since it is in the Soi near Sathon Rd. not on the main street. You cannot imagine to find this kind of property in the middle of BKK.
