8.4/10 Very Good! (386 reviews)
We liked it overall. You can definitely see wear and tear on the ceilings, floors, etc. Aesthetic repairs are needed, but the room was clean and the staff were friendly.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
We went for five days with the family, good breakfast, complimentary snacks on arrival, location was nice as it was very easy to get to the Iconsiam or other transportations like the BTS. The only weird thing was the AC that was cooling but had an issue with humidity. I didn't report it to the hotel, so not fair from me to criticize, maybe it was an easy fix. It was a good price for a family of 5, so according to that, I recommend it.

The rooms were clean and the surrounding area was fun with lots to do. We were really close to the transport system which we used a lot to get around. Even though it was a busy area the rooms were quiet.
