In addition, we ensure that at least one team member from each department is trained in CPR to enhance emergency response capabilities. The incident you mentioned was indeed unfortunate, and we are grateful for the quick action taken by your husband and our pool attendant to respond and assist. Our pool attendant promptly responded to the situation and began administering CPR when you informed him about your husband's medical expertise as a doctor. Your husband and our pool attendant worked together as a team to provide the necessary assistance, and we are truly appreciative of their quick and effective response. During the rainy season, these insects are attracted to lights, and despite our best efforts, they can sometimes find their way into the rooms when doors are opened at night. Our housekeeping team is indeed proactive in managing such situations and strives to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
