Too bad my expectations were higher

Unfortunately the stay was way worse than expected. Of course, no one expects the decorative pillows to be super clean, but white stains?! Waiters, lady at the bar and a receptionist expecting a baby are super friendly. Rest of the personnel were not really glad to visitors. The toilet seat was not even assembled properly and it was detached from the floor. The soap dispenser had hair of a person who shaved there ages before. Bar furniture has holes all over. It's a pity to spend hours driving and pay quite a price and get this level of service. Hotel was renovated with EU funding, but it seems that large amount of money went to a wrong pocket.

The room was not clean someone had used the bathroom prior to my arrival and pissed all over the toilet seat. The do not disturb sign was ignored and 100 euro was taken while i was out. The door to the room would only close after shutting the door hard when i arrived to my room.for the first time the door was open. The room was littered with bugs.

Do not trust the four stars.

Upon arrival we learned that spa water was cold because the nearby lake was open for swimming. Not what the voucher promised. 15 minutes’ waiting for hot water for tea during breakfast did not improve our mood either.

First let me say I stay in hotels all over the world frequently and different countries have different standards. Front desk staff was great for check in and check out. Room was large and clean even if dated. Tennis tournament going on next door but was enjoyable to watch from balcony. Breakfast coffee was very good, but food options were very limited. Seemed to be low season there as everything was closed or on limited hrs. If restaurant didn't have customers, they just closed. Maid service for room seemed to be every other day as I stayed 3 nights and they cleaned once. I would of preferred a shower instead of a handheld shower head standing in the tub. All in all, staff was great and not a bad stay.

Hotel je zastaralý, děti se těšily na bazén, který byl vypuštěný, no potom nám byl umožněn vstup do mini sauny a do vířivky. Snídaně byla ok, jen v sobotu od 8:00 i když na vstupu do restaurace bylo napsáno 7:30. I tak v 8:00 nebyla káva, džus, protože nebyla doplněna voda. Jinak Snídaně OK, děti byly spokojené. Víc jak jednu noc bych v hotelu s dětmi nezůstal. Pokoj tichý a čistý, na přespání vyhovuje.

Rooms are not as advertised. As soon as we checked in we were told that the information is incorrrect and no rooms have air conditioning. We only booked this hotel to get air conditioning. Staff on reception unhelpful and miserable. Room was clean on the surface but when we moved a unit to plug in the iron the amount of dust was disgusting. We are also confident we have got head lice from the bed. On check in we asked to check out later and were told till 12pm was ok. At 11am the next morning they called the room to say we must come pay now as they were closing the accounts for the day. This was not mentioned before. Overall an appealing stay. Do not stay here.

Way to the room we got without elevator with some stairs, wasn’t baby net , Toilet bowl not attached to the floor . In the corridor near the room the carpet was dirty. Construction garbage was outside, laundry linen drying on the railing near. Bars and restaurant was good.

旧市街地観光で２泊した。市街から離れたスポーツリゾート宿泊施設だがhotels.comではエアコン付きとのことでタクシー代が嵩むが予約。しかしチェックイン時にもめた。「エアコンはスイートルームにしかないので予約シートにはエアコンありとは書いていない。基台の勘違いである云々」との言い分でしたが、小生の予約ページを見せたら「これはひどい間違いだ！」と絶句してました。ゲストに迷惑かけて申し訳ない。本日はスイート満室なので翌日ならば無償で部屋を替えますと申し出てくださいました。幸い猛暑が一段落し涼しくなったので安い部屋に留まりましたが猛暑が続いていたら熱中症になったかもしれません。なお旧市街までタクシー3ユーロ、駅まで4.2ユーロで余計な出費。 しかしテニスコートやプールなど楽しい宿です。スタッフは真面目。朝食は可もなく不可もなく並である。

Hält nicht was es verspricht...

Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und hatten nichts mit den Fotos beim Buchen gemein. Meine Familie und ich können über viele Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen, daher war der Aufenthalt für uns ok, nochmals buchen würde ich aber hundertprozentig nicht! Türen schließen nicht, der Fernseher hat keinen Empfang, der Brausekopf hat in alle Richtungen gleichzeitig gesprüht, der inkludierte Wellnessbereich ist zu den Öffnungszeiten auch geschlossen... Nun aber zum Positiven: Das Frühstück war gut, das WLAN war überraschend schnell (zur Freude der Kinder) und die angrenzende Bowling-Pizzeria war sehr gemütlich und deren Personal sympatisch und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist in Sachen Ruhe sehr gut, kein Straßen- oder Partylärm stört den Schlaf. Der Gesamteindruck hinterläßt einen fahlen Geschmack...wir haben in keiner Sekunde das Gefühl gehabt, in einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu sein. Eine Woche zuvor waren wir in Valencia in einem Hotel der gleichen Kategorie, welches in jedem Belangen haushoch überlegen war...

Dixon hotel for groups but is not suitable for ind

An old hotel hosts groups and conferences but is not suitable for individuals. We booked a room with air conditioning and a balcony. According to the receptionist, we received an upgraded room (without air conditioning and without a balcony) ?? The furniture in the room is worn out. 3 lamps were without bulbs and despite special attention, no light bulbs were installed. In the bathroom there is no shower and shower while standing in the bathtub. From the handle of the shower head there are splashes in all directions and because of the lack of any protection the bathroom was flooded after every use of the shower The room was not clogged with noise from the outside and the tennis court next to the hotel was shaking late into the night. Late at night there was a continuous noise of several hours. A group of guests at the hotel for a business conference held a party in a nearby room. There is no telephone or any means to call the reception.

הגענו למלון שאינו מצדיק 4*. חדר בקומה ראשונה פונה לבי״ס לטניס שהדפיקות על המשטח לא הפסיקו שעות מחלון אחד והחלון השני לגג מיבנה צמוד שממנו היתה גישה לחדר אם רצית. חדר אוכל לא נקי. המלצר ניער את המפות המלוכלכות וחזיר לשולחן. אוכל דל ביותר!!
