We had a great stay at Son Borguny, and Banyalbufar! This is a stunning destination and the family-run hotel fit into the town beautifully. We really appreciated how friendly everybody was, the recommendations we received for local sights and free areas to park nearby. The room was spacious, air conditioned, and the shower was warm with good pressure. The breakfast was also delicious (homemade breads, yogurt/granola, sweets, fruit, and your choice of eggs). The terrace is really beautiful, and the restaurant that does dinner there was excellent too (best of our trip!) We would highly recommend staying, enjoying the sunset somewhere, and having dinner in the restaurant!

Beautiful place

The hotel is located in such a nice village. The building is slightly up the hill, so you have fantastic views during breakfast. The breakfast is very lovely and the whole staff is super nice. We had a very spacious room with a nice new bathroom. Would love to come back.

Peaceful, comfortable hotel

- The view from the room was wonderful, same as the picture shown on the site. - The room was spacious and very clean. - breakfast was delicious and the owner family was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, definitely would recommend the place. P.S. We could have used additional curtain next to the stairs, as they were little bit exposed to the outside. Also, slippers would have been a nice addition, but nothing serious.

We had a wonderful time. Penny was an excellent host, serving breakfast and giving us restaurant and activity suggestions around the island. The town is small and quiet, but Palma is a 30 min drive if you want activity. We loved the quiet.

A beautiful hotel in a cute town! Hosts were very friendly but the desk is not often attended- check in was a 30 min wait (after designated check in time) because no one was there working, and it seemed other guests had been waiting a while too. Overall great though.

Lovely small hotel

Son Borguny hotel is wonderful small hotel and so are the people running it. Contact them directly via phone, their website is not really functional. Banyalbufar is a quiet small town so go if that is what you are looking for. Parking was a hassle for us due to Easter, but outside holidays and peak season its probably fine. Don’t bring a large car if you want to park by hotel. Only annoyance at hotel was a somewhat dysfunctional toilet with water running constantly so it was very noisy (and a waste of water).

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Hotel Son Burgony. Das Frühstück war regional und lecker. Das Zimmer war landestypisch eingerichtet und sauber. Es hatte etwas zu sehr nach Chlor beim ersten Eintreten gerochen (wahrscheinlich auf die Bodenreinigung zurückzuführen). Die Gastgeberin Penny ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! PS: man sollte nicht den Versuch wagen und mit dem Auto bis zum Hotel zu fahren! Die Gasse ist so eng, dass wir fast “steckengeblieben” sind!

Fantastiskt mysigt litet hotell!

Vi hade juniorsviten med helt otrolig utsikt! Enkel frukost, men tillräcklig och restaurangen hade utsökt mat. Den lilla uteplatsen som man äter på är helt makalöst mysig.

Cet hébergement était vraiment excellent. Géographiquement bien située pour découvrir tout le coté ouest de l'île. Un bel accueil. Un très bon restaurant à même l'hôtel. WIFI fonctionne très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et préparé au choix du client. Parking gratuit disponible pour petite auto. Sinon, un parking payant (coût raisonable) est disponible à proximité. Un beau séjour de 4 nuits. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
