Staff was great. Accommodations were nice. Only draw back is that room #3 sits under the pantry and does get noisy around 5:30am when staff is preparing the breakfast buffet. Other than that time, place is very quiet. Would stay here again, except not in room #3.

A great stay in a wonderful & well appointed room! We had a sitting area in the eyebrow dormer (cable box was a little wonky here) and a balcony to enjoy our morning coffee & evening wine. Continental breakfast was a good jump start. Location was prime and walkable to Bar Harbor center with many yummy eateries, brewery, shopping, grocery store. Short drive to multiple entrances to Acadian National Park. Suggest having rental camp chairs for enjoying scenery at so many surrounding sites. Parking can be a little tricky in the evening at the property, but otherwise a fabulous trip!

Cute room and the Inn is walkable to everything in Bar Harbor. Quiet street but close to restaurants. Breakfast was local pastries, coffee, yea and juice. Would stay there again.

The Inn is in a great location in Bar Harbor and is convenient to everything downtown. Once you park, you do not have to move your car unless you leave town. Everything is within a short walk. The staff was absolutely fabulous. Garfield, Danielle and Nick were all great and made us feel right at home. This was our first trip to Maine and we definitely want to come back and stay here again. Such a great time.

The inn is convient to town. The room was clean. Housekeeping was great. Staff was so so, or indifferent to our concern or well being. The continental breakfast, just bad.

The property and room was beautiful, close to town and all the fun!! The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the breakfast, for a bed and breakfast I was expecting something a little more extravagant.... but it was a really nice place to stay, and if we go there again I would definitely stay again!

So initially this place seemed great, you get greeted with a glass of prosecco and walked to your room. But once in the room we had issues, theres controllers for things that dont work. No directions on how to use the gas fireplace in the room or the jet tub in the bathroom. We had to ask for help the next day since theres noone at the desk overnight. Also no blackout curtains in the bedroom only shades so we didnt feel like he had privacy, especially since one of the staff doors was right next to two of our windows that faced the bed. And also a light was shining in the room all night and sun as soon as it came up so made it very difficult to sleep. The mattress was also very worn down, im only 140lbs but when sitting on the mattress my ass went right down to the box spring. Also there was only one trash can in the room… in the bathroom. Housekeeping came in while we were out for the day, idk what they did but the room smelt very strong of bleach and the bed was made but the full trash was still there and not emptied. they also took our towels we had hing up including the hand towel and didnt replace any of them so we had to ask for more towels, very half assed housekeeping process there. Continental breakfast was ok, stale bagels both days, cereal, greek yogurt and muffins. Not enough to fuel a day full of hiking and exploring. Some of the window locks in the room were broken which was also concerning.

Not much I liked. I should have noticed red flags warned when I stepped on the stair carpet treads that were FILTHY and old. This filthy carpet continued up the stairs and into my room. The bathroom was so tiny... I almost couldn't close the door. The bathtub had caulking done by a third grader. In a different color from the tub. Housekeeping didn't leave new towels, even though I followed the instructions to place used ones in the shower. The room itself was very small. It had a balcony… maybe about 36”x 42” with mismatched tattered outdoor chairs from Dollar General. The mismatched curtains (also probably from DG) were so lovely. 😩 All in all, I was very disappointed in my room at Queen Anne’s Revenge. I did reserve the room in late June... So I got the only room left. Now I understand why.

The front desk staff were always very welcoming and kind. We were pleasantly surprised with a glass of champagne when we arrived. The room was beautiful! Loved having our little patio. My only minimal complaint would be the shower pressure, but at the end of the day, we would have traded that for more time to be able to stay there. We will definitely recommend this place for all our friends and family visiting the area and if we ever return!

Property was lovely. Rooms were clean and quiet. The staff members’ customer service was poor. We really did not encounter one person who had a smile or welcomed us. That’s customer service 101! Bed was not very comfortable, nor were the pillows. Breakfast options were not fantastic.

Perfect location with walking distance to everything...grocery store in the next block was a bonus. Nice large clean room. Nice staff. If we return we will stay here again.

We enjoyed how lovely the staff was and the cleanliness of the property. A lot of installations in the rooms. Like handles, hooks, and holders were incorrectly installed and not very functional. The location just has this amazing smell. Amd we loved playing shuffle board! Wish there was more to the breakfast but I understand having to cut costs.
