A very good stay at the Grand Hotel
We spent one night here and were most satisfied. Check-in was quick and easy. We had to have help with the in-room safe, but the person in reception came to the room without delay and re-programmed the safe. The room was spacious with a desk and chair and easy chair. The air conditioning was easy to regulate. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was complete with hot and cold choices, all observing sanitary protocols. We were impressed with the cleanliness overall and the observance of careful sanitary guidelines. We were easily able to park on site for 9 euros a night. Overall, very good value for money. We had lunch and a late evening snack on the terrace. The Plaza del Mercado, where the hotel is located, is the center of activity and a great place to enjoy a drink or a meal.

Great hotel central to everything. Very helpful as I had broken down in my van and gave me plenty of time to get things sorted. Friendly and nice staff.

Nice but I choose the wrong weekend to stay.
Stayed on 4/11/15. Nice hotel with underground parking. The rooms are ample in size and clean. Staff was very professional and the tapas and pinchos in the bar were decent. My only complaint was the wedding downstairs in the banquet hall. The music was extremely loud even on the 4th floor, and the event went on until 2am. If you're going to stay at this hotel on the weekend and you hope to sleep before 2am, confirm that no party or wedding is scheduled during your stay.

Es muy justo para tener 4 estrellas, el secador de pelo sujeto a la pared muy antiguo, falta de productos de cortesía como Bodymilk, el colchón y la almohada muy duros. La limpieza buena, personal correcto y muy céntrico.

Pour le confort et la situation
Hôtel situé sur la place du marché. Cette dernière est piétonne : il faut donc stationner sur un parking à l'extérieur du centre ville (environ 400 mètres) ou accéder directement au parking souterrain de l'hôtel (payant). Chambres spacieuses, bien agencées, calmes (sur l'arrière) et propres. Un bémol : personnel peu bienveillant, disponible que ce soit à la réception ou à la cafétéria. Petit déjeuner décevant.
