Clean room and very helpful and gracious staff. Emmanuel with our transportation and it made our check in check out a breeze. When our dryer in our room did not work, they worked with us and allowed us to use their industrial dryer. They even brought it back to our room. Shout out the men at the front desk. Excellent customer service.

This full service apartment is in a perfect location. It's around the block from Sagrada Familia. There are about 2-3 supermarkets and a wonderful pastry shop on the block. The staff is very accommodating. Our room was ready before our check in time, allowing us to explore Eixample on the first day.

The gentlement at the front desk is very helpful, he always has answers for my questions. He helped us to hail a taxi, and provide us information around the area. The family said there seemed to be bugs on their bed as they got bites and we requested for change of beddings and no more issues. The floor is a bit dusty but you can always request the front desk to send the cleaning lady for room cleaning. Location is great and the neighborhood is safe with lots of grocery stores and restaurants near by. Overall, I have a pleasant stay in the hotel and would love to stay there again.
