Great apartment!!! Clean, modern and a nice view of Barcelona cathedral from the balcony. 5 mins walk from placa de catalunya and other places in the gothic quarter. Highly recommend it.

Our apartment was fantastic. It had all new appliances. The place was spotless. The view from the 4th floor balcony of the cathedral, the playground, and the street life was wonderful. The location is very good for touring in any direction of the gothic quarter.

Beautiful property with high tech amenities. Very clean well kept. Fantastic location cannot explain that enough. Advise for US travelers: although washer / dryer unit is provided understand that most European dryers are not going to fully dry your clothes. This washer/dryer combo was “weaker” than other dryers we’ve used in Europe but it was a very nice to have the unit onsite. Lockers provided after check out where really convenient!

Location is excellent and a highlight for this property. Communication was easy. However, it would have been easier if all information had been included to begin with. Beds were comfortable and sheets nice and clean. The property could use some maintenance and deep cleaning.

A place good for the family trip

As a lot of other reviews mentioned, this apartment is so convenient for families with young kids, as there is a playground downstairs and my kids enjoyed there everyday. Overall, the location is great, close to all kinds of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. However, the bathroom needs some upgrades. It’s not comfy to use because there is no shower curtain to prevent water spread.

Enjoyed a 4 day stay here, to explore Barcelona. So much to do, and find. Some fantastic local restaurants, and of course a tour of sagrada familia which was breathtaking. The property was very clean and well thought out, the office staff amazing and very helpful. Would certainly book again.

Excellent apartment and safe with all the locking mechanisms. Our only issue was the washer and dryer as we don’t speak the local language - needed English instructions, it was a challenge

Great property in fabulous central location. Close to all the tourist areas, we walked everywhere. We felt safe but we’re aware of our surroundings and took precautions with our belongings. The roof terrace was a nice area to relax in the sunshine in the late afternoon.
