"I would recommend the bathroom sink water taps be shorter in timeframe for staying on and it would be nice to have more coffee cups and glasses in the communal kitchen area. Staff were absolutely excellent and the rooms were very clean and the entire facility very well maintained. I would recommend this hostel highly."

"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "We stayed here 4 days prior to our Disney Cruise. We loved the location as it was right across a mall plent of restarurants and shops. Everyone was friendly ane accommodating. The pool area gets busy on weekends. Loved the refillable water stations. Love that daughter was free for the morning buffet. The only negative was the first day when I tried to withdraw from the ATM and the machne took my credit card and I was not able to retrieve. Manager mentioned this also happened the week before. I hope they replace this ATM asap. Luckily, I had another credit card for the rest of my 10 day vacation. I had to freeze my accounts and redo all my accouts with automatic deduction. It would have been nice if the manager gave me a discount or some type of free breakfast buffet or upgrade for this inconvenience. Overall, happy with hotel."

"After a week at an aparthotel, we decided we should spoil ourselves. This was a great option. The staff and facilities were great. The rooms were top-notch. We received an upgrade to the 28th floor. The room had just been remodeled and had some great features. We were there during a large storm, so all the eating options were limited to the hotel. They did a great job keeping up with the customer demands during such a busy evening. I would absolutely stay here again."
