Air conditioning worked great, amazing location, and generally smooth check in and check out. Room cleanliness was the big minus, there was some hair on the wall and shower had mold on it. Otherwise water pressure in the shower was great (with hot water)!

Good budget option near sagrada familia

Good location, close to the metro station and walking distance from sagrada familia. AC was very welcome with the humidity. Not many amenities and room was a bit dusty (could have been cleaner), but for the price it was a good find.

Overall the place was in a good area. Walking distance from the Sagrada Família and the metro. That made it easy to get around. Only thing was that the powers went out one morning but got fixed sometime during the day. Other than that we had no issues and overall was a good place for me and my partner.

They should provide more pillows. We had one pillow per guest and it was a flat pillow.one of the bed in one of the room is very uncomfortable because the middle of the mattress was sagging. It needs a new mattress Otherwise wise, the place is clean, excellent location . I would still recommend the place for a good stay. Safe to walk at night, close to Metro station.

the staff were absolutely lovely and i have no complaints about the accomodation itself. towels and basic toiletries are provided and rooms are cleaned every day. location is pretty central and there's a metro station nearby, as well as many restaurants and cafés. i'd definitely stay here again!

The staff at this accommodation were incredibly sweet and provided excellent instructions to help us make the most of our stay. The daily room cleaning service was a great touch, and the air conditioner worked brilliantly. The location is conveniently close to two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. It’s also very budget-friendly. I had a wonderful time here—thanks so much!

Loved our stay at Brustar Sagrada Familia. We were on the 2nd floor, number 23, faci g the street. We had a small balconcy under the large trees. We were met upin arrival at 8:30 and shown the multiple codes for multiple doors. We also were in cantact with the operator via whatsapp so its best if you have whatsapp before you arrive. Room was much larger than we expected. Shower loomed decent but in practice was difficult to use. While we heard some street noise, it was minir and never affected our sleep. You are in Barcelona don't forget. Would definately recommend. Be prepared to walk the town!!

The property was on a Main Street. Excellent security and the room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels and bedding after 3 days and you could request additional items eg more towels, toilet rolls, tea bags, etc. From our initial booking Paco the owner/ manager was in touch via wats app to request flight times, etc. when our taxi dropped us off at the raring address he remained at the property till just before 10pm to ensure he welcomed us - we really appreciated that. Our cleaner was superb and extremely polite when we saw him daily. We would use the property again should we re visit Barcelona as it was central for all of the areas and attractions we wanted to visit.

Room was fine but need to clean once in a while, towels need to change too, however, the location was pretty much ok, close to some tour sights…. We stayed in room 24, it’s all the way at the end of 2nd floor, it couldn’t reach the wifi which Is the most important for every Tourist, That’s all our bad complain.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious (especially at the price) and air conditioning was good, everything within walking distance - I'd definitely stay here again.

The elevator is small, room is adequate for the price. 1 window with rust and look like mold spots. Be careful climbing into bathtub, tall and slippery. Liked pizza place downstairs.
