Well, we did not stay here since the hotel has some problem with the air conditioning as well as flood. they put us another branch hotel in other location and that was good. But we heard that this hotel is also nice. It would be nice if we could stay here next visit

Muy buen servicio a pesar que no dire mucho tiempo en el país. El trato que recibí por Patricia, fue sumamente placentero. Además, me ayudo mucho con los lugares turísticos y mi regreso al aeropuerto. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme este hotel

Super séjour pour visiter Barcelone !!
Séjour de 3 nuits dans cette hôtel, situé au calme dans un quartier plutôt côté, transports à proximité, restaurants et supérette également. Chambre très confortable, avec balcon, wifi ok et personnel vraiment au top, souriant et efficace (mention spéciale pour Ester !). Super petit-déjeuner très bon et très varié dans une jolie salle cosy. A recommander sans soucis !!

Buen trato y buenas instalaciones
Nos han recibido con mucha amabilidad, nos ofrecieron parking cercano a 23€ el día pero debíamos dejarlo al marchar de la habitación así que buscamos otra maneram la habitación limpia, con minibar y todo bastante nuevo o muy bien cuidado.

Super services. Le personnel de l’accueil est super gentil. La personne qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner et celle du ménage aussi. Le seul bémol ce sont les portes mal insonorisées. Après le comportement des vacanciers doit être responsable en tout point.

Arrived after 11pm and staff couldn't find my booking and said I need to pay again. I was checked in after 30 minutes and told they would sort it but had to leave card details. The window opened to maintenance shaft. It says smoke free, but there are ash trays and the room smelled of cigarettes and other people smoking in the room next door! The bathroom was dirty with spills of other people's toiletries and drinks. The cleaner started at 8am and was incredibly loud each morning. I was staying in the 'single' room and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The only good aspect was convenient location.
