Pior impossível.

Aluguei o apartamento para o período de 13/12 a 9/1/20 e a minha primeira surpresa foi que o apto não fica no endereço anunciado, Santa Tecla, 5. Esse é o endereço da administradora. No dia 21/12 fui jantar e quando voltei tinham entrado no apartamento, arrombado as malas, roubado o nosso dinheiro e as jóias da minha esposa. Tive um prejuízo imenso, chamei a polícia, que afirmou que entraram pela porta sem arrombamento. O apto não tem cofre, a portaria não tranca sozinha e a fechadura da porta do apto é falha. Consegui o reembolso do período que faltava e fui para um hotel. Nunca mais fico em algum lugar sem cofre e sem segurança 24 horas por dia.

Light and Airey apartment in excellent location but very noise street. Even with windows closed were unable to block noise from youth hostel across the road . Main bed mattress old and too soft , making it very uncomfortable

Molto semplice, pulito. Comodo al centro e alla metro. L'host ci ha accolto ed aiutato ad orientarci nella città. Ci ha persino accompagnato in un locale x la cena facendo da intermediario!

Hice la reserva y el pago total por 10 noches desde el mes de marzo de 2019 a traves de Hoteles; por motivos de retrasos durante el viaje no puede llegar la primera noche; Hoteles inmediatamente me cancelo el total de la reserva (aun estando pagados en su totalidad). En la informacion que dan al realizar la reserva no mencionan que esto pueda ocurrir. Aclaro que el personal del establecimiento estuvo atento a nuestra situación y nos ofrecieron otras alternativas, dejando claro que la cancelación corresponde directamente con la pagina. Espero por lo menos me reembolsen el dinero sin inconvenientes.

Bel grand appartement pres de tous les services, bars et restaurants par conte secteur bruyant .... il etait impossible d' ouvrir les fenetres durant la nuit avant 3 heures du matin. Aurait avantage a avoir une petite etagere ou tablette pour deposer nos articles de toilette dans la salle de bain. Lors de l' acceuil le prepose parlait difficilement l' anglais et parlait pas francais

The apartment has a funky smell, The owner of the apartment was so rude! We waited 4 hours for him to come to his “office” to check us in and give us keys. Super sketchy the way he check us in, in his creepy “office” which was actually like his bedroom/kitchen. He charged us extra fees and when we very obviously upset that he is charging us extra fees he got mean! the second bed is broken (has like a towel or something wrapped around one leg) it fell When the air conditioner is running it makes a very loud noise the entire time! Ppl constantly outside the hostel across the street, are so loud it’s hard to fall asleep WiFi didn’t work ( slow and spotty) Tv didn’t work Multiple appliances we had to unplug and plug back in to get them to work. Towels were dirty (picture of towel) Shower curtain is nasty. Felt disgusted showering in there The building over all had an enormous crack in the wall!!

Nous avons confirmé notre arrivée par téléphone, par e-mail, par texto mais cela n’a pas été suffisant pour que le représentant de l’hôtel soit présent. Heureusement que nous avions notre cellulaire pour le rejoindre car il nous avait oublié. L’appartement est bien situé mais l’aménagement intérieur est a améliorer. Il y a de l’espace mais il n’y a pas d’étagère pour déposer les choses autant dans la cuisine que dans la chambre que dans la salle de bain. La propreté est minimale et les installations électriques laissent à désirer. La télévision fait parfois défaut. Un peu plus de commodités et de confort devrait être revu pour les standards attendus pour ce type d’appartement hôtel.

Wer das Stadtleben sucht ist in der City gut aufgehoben. Wer auf eine gute Lärmisolierung (vom Stadtleben und auch von Nachbarn) verzichten kann, geniesst am Besten die Unkompliziertheit und den freien privaten Lebensstil mit eigener Küchenzeile. Kleine sonnige Terasse war lässig. Alles in der Umgebung ist gut zu erreichen und ein netter kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermittlung und der Zugang zur Wohnung war auch unkompliziert.
