The hotel was accommodating at check-in, adding a room for an additional member of our family. Our space was clean and wonderfully located in Barcelona. However, the original room we booked was not ready. We were told we would be called when it was prepared and never received a phone call. Given that check-in was at three and we were told at 10 of three that it was not ready we waited for a call which never came. We stayed out and about in Barcelona without showering from long travel. Disappointing.

제가 23년 크리스마스애 가보고 너무 좋아서 25년 가을 부모님께 이 호텔을 추천했어요 호텔 깔끔하고 위치가 너무 좋아요 공항버스타고 카탈루냐광장에 내리면 5분거리 왠만한 관광지 도보 가능하고 근처에 맛있는 타파스집들도 많아요 웰컴드링크로 주는 cava도 맛있고 호텔 바에서 만들어주는 칵테일도 맛있어요 저는 자쿠지 있는 방 했었는데 아이랑 저녁시간 보내기좋았고 부모님은 테라스방인데 저녁마다 테라스에서 와인한잔의 시간이 좋았습니다. Cava 한병 선물로 주신것도 잘 마셨습니다!!

Buffet breakfast mainly but nice choices. Some hot breakfast foods are offered at your table. Hotel is a great central location near a metro station and for site-seeing, local dining. H10 Metropolitan was the perfect hotel for my stay in Barcelona! I spent five days there, and the experience was wonderful. The rooms were a great size, and the location was unbeatable — right in the heart of the shopping district with plenty of restaurants just steps away. It’s close enough to the main attractions to walk, yet far enough from the noise to relax comfortably. My only minor issue was with the towels, which seemed a bit worn. I usually pack my own, so it wasn’t a big deal. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, and every day there was a special little treat waiting, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again — the location truly can’t be beat!

Oasis en plein coeur de Barcelone

Superbe hôtel très confortable et idéalement placé pour profiter de Barcelone. Les chambres sont superbes, les lits très confortables. Les balcons sont très spacieux. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Attention, les photos hotels.com sont datées, la piscine a de simples chaises longues sans coussins et non pas celles qu'on voit sur les photos.

We left this hotel at 5:30am because we could not sleep due to the noise outside of the hotel. This was due to poor window seals that let all of the street noise in and the fact that a group of people stood outside of the hotel for literally the entire night, drinking and yelling. They were still there when we left at 5:30 in the morning. Knobs on the cabinets came off and the toilet was unstable. This was by far the most expensive of the five hotels we stayed in during our two week visit to the country and it was the one in the poorest condition with the loudest street traffic making it through the windows. We couldn’t sleep at all. In Madrid, we stayed in the city center and had a terrace that had less noise and in the Gothic Quarter, we were half a block away from the metro, again, with a terrace and that also had less noise. The only perk for this place was that it was within walking distance to the bus to the airport. This hotel obviously caters to American tourists, which is probably why it was more expensive while being the worst experience.

We had a great time at our stay in the hotel. Anna was so helpful at check-in and the rest of the staff was always helpful and friendly. We travelled with our kids (6 and 8) and they enjoyed the options of both pools. We will stay here again on our next visit!

The hotel is in a great location—easy walking distance to lots of tourist spots. While the hotel itself is nice, we had the most basic room, which faced directly into the elevator. We could see people going up and down all day, and weren’t sure if they could see us too, so we had to keep the blinds closed the whole time, which felt quite strange. Also, breakfast wasn’t included in our package, which was surprising given the price for such a basic room.

Underbart hotell!

Vi firade vår tioåriga bröllopsdag på Hotel H10 Metropolitan och kunde inte vara mer nöjda! Personalen var välkomnande och behjälpliga. Vi överraskades med mumsiga gåvor på rummet, både i bröllopsdagspresent och i avskedspresent. Så gulligt och uppskattat! Frukosten var fenomenal! Rummet var trevligt och städades fint. De båda poolområdena var lugna och trivsamma. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kan absolut tänka oss att återvända!
