I had an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share my stay or rather, lack thereof.
Upon arrival late at night, I encountered a member of the front desk staff who was not only unhelpful but downright rude. I had a guest with me, and instead of handling the situation with professionalism, the staff member abruptly told me I wasn’t allowed to have guests and threatened to call the police unless I left the premises immediately. I was shocked and deeply embarrassed by this treatment, especially considering I had already paid for the room.
In an attempt to resolve the situation peacefully, I asked to speak to a manager or to change rooms, but my requests were dismissed without consideration. The aggressive tone and behavior of the night staff left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome, forcing me to leave the hotel altogether.
Additionally, the room itself—what little time I spent in it—was far below expectations. It was extremely small and reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as non-smoking. The odor was so strong it was unbearable, making the room completely uninhabitable.
Given that I was unable to stay the night due to the staff’s conduct and the poor condition of the room, I am requesting a full refund. I believe this is a fair and justified request given the circumstances. I would strongly urge management to address the behavior of their night staff and to ensure their rooms are properly maintained and advertise
