An excellent hotel - facilities, rooms, dining etc., but location in surrounding area not attractive, BUT good location for access to Barcelona and Monserrat. The Staff are very obliging and the Reception Staff were really wonderful - so helpful and courteous, and could produce whatever was requested! Fantastic!

The hotel gets an 'ok' but nothing more... the beds are good and the rooms quite well isolated and the breakfast is great. The lobby is far from pretty and the staff could use some training and motivation. Guess it doesnt matter much because there's hardly any alternative in Terrassa.

We stayed for two nights, basically we just want a place to sleep and rest. It was a terrible and awful experience stayed in 6th floor (top floor) there was a loud and vibrating sound maybe it’s a generator. Sounds like a running machine that we did not get to rest and sleep. Staff said they can’t do anything about it, which is true and not their fault. The room is spacious and clean but our top priority is the comfort. It’s ruined and vacation because we had sleepless nights. Wasted of money and time.
