싸고 좋은 숙소
호텔에 비하여 저렴한 가격. 모든 것이 갖추어진 스튜디오로 집사람과 둘이 밥도 해 먹으며 잘 지냄. 체크인시에 직원이 미리 와서 기다림. 혹시 이부분을 불평하시는 분들은 사전에 사무실과 잘 연락하지 못하여서 아닐지. 물론 호텔과는 다릅니다. 기차역에서 5분 거리. 주변에 상점과 식당 매우 많음. 지하철 타기도 좋음.

몬주익 분수가 가까운 안전하고 편안한 숙소
호텔보다는 전문적인 Airbnb에 가까워요. 로비도 없고, 따라서 상주 직원도 없으니 다다수가 호텔에 기대하는 매일 청소, 가방 보관 등의 서비스는 없습니다. 그러나, 체크인 직원도 친절하고 숙소 앞에서 기다려줬다가 친절히 안내해 줍니다. 체크아웃도 방에 키를 남겨 두고 가면 되니, 불편할 건 없어요. 방은 깨끗해요. 싱글베드 두개 방과 이층침대 방. 화장실도 두개입니다. 작은 거실과 주방은 시설이 괜찮아서 조리해서 식사를 챙겨 먹기도 좋죠. 주변이 안전하고 나름 번화 했어요. 첫날이 토요일이었는데, 스페인 광장-몬주익 마법 분수대로 아이와 함께 천천히 걸어 갔어요. 가는 길에 운 좋게도 일종의 야시장(?) 같은 게 열려서 구경하며 재미있게 갔습니다. 츄로스와 하몽을 즐기기 좋은 곳도 있어요.

It's a great stay for us. We are 5 members for the business trip. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Although reception office is a different place, there is no inconvenience for us.

간판도 없고 벨도 안되고 프론트도 없음 도착전 미리 연락해야야함
마드리드에서 바르셀로나 산츠역에 밤10시쯤 도착해서 산츠역 맥도날드 방향으로 나가 5분쯤 걸린듯 찾기는 쉬웠으나 문제는 밤 10가 넘은 시간이고 짐도있고 피곤한데 주소만 있고(39라고만 표시됨)간판이나 아파트먼츠라는 표시가 없을뿐더러 벨도 없고 사람도 없고... 한시간을 앞에서 서성이고 지나가는 사람들에게 물어보고 짜증과 추위에 화가 났을때쯤 앞집 32호에 사는 젊은 부부의 도움으로 전화가 되어 40분 더 기다리면 온다는 연락을 겨우 받았음 너무 추워 맞은편 맥주집에서 기다리다 12가 다 되어서야 숙소에 들어갔음 숙소는 나쁘지 않았고 깨끗하고 조용하고 다 갖춰져있어 괜찮았는데 뜨거운물을 20분 쓰면 2시간 있다 사용이 가능하다고 함 여러명일경우는 불편할듯 2층 3명이 이용했고 욕실 두개 방두개 한방은 트윈 베드룸이고 한쪽방은 이층베드룸이였음

Cozy and Cute
Cozy, cute, clean and efficient apartment mere steps from the Sants Train Station but yet off the main road easily accessible by a ramp. The building has a lift large enough for two adults and two large suitcases. Nice "local" type neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Kitchen completely outfitted including washer and dryer. Good wi-fi. No exhaust in main bathroom with large shower. Did not use the tiny shower in the 2nd bathroom. We used the 2nd bedroom which had bunk beds for our suitcases. Secure building. Easy check-in. Property Manager met us at the apartment minutes before 9:00 pm on a Saturday night, (when our train arrived.) Fabulous customer service.

Good location. Quiet. Easy access to mainline trains and Metro. Good Wi-Fi. Good range of cooking equipment. Apartment needs some maintenance as some parts looking dated and worn. Needs a larger telephone and better satellite signal.

Gran elección en el corazón del barrio de Sants
El apartamento está ubicado en la zona más práctica del barrio de Sants y es muy recomemdable para pasar unos días en Barcelona con niños/as. El edificio es muy tranquilo a pesar de estar en una zona peatonal con bares y restaurantes y está perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario.

For young group tour
We arrived around 9:45pm and we informed th hotel our arrival time but we had to wait outside building more than 10mins. The building does not have a sign and no entry. It is a littile hard to find at night. The smoking is not allowed but the elevaltor hall connected with the stair case has smoking smell all the time. It needs to be ventilated often. The room has all functions but most of them are old. The cleaniness was not bad but you need to pay for the clean service. The city fee is additonal for per person and per a night.

Our apologies if you had to wait more than 10 minutes outside until one of us arrived; for that reason it is very important to us to recieve your phone call 40minutes before you arrive to do this process more confortable for you. Also we send by email a map of the area to show where the apartment is located. As you mentioned all our apartments are not smoking but sometimes it is very hard to us to control this. Regarding the clean service is included in the rate but if you would like to have an extra clean service, it is under request with an extra fee. Lastly, the city fee is additional because here at Barcelona we can not charge before guest has arrived. Again, we really appreciate your time to send us your comments. Thank you,

The property was located close to the main train station and main shopping street. The restaurant across the street was fantastic also. We could hop on the tourist bus easily too. The communication regarding our arrival was also a positive. The apartment had a washer and drier, which was a bonus. However, the room that we were given did not match what appeared on the booking site.

too small for 4 people. bathroom shower only had shower curtain so floor was flooded every time it was used.en-suite bathroom was better. bedroom was small with limited space around the bed. location was good for sants station with a choice of bars and restaurants.

Great location if you want to be close to Barcelona Sants. I love that they have washer and dryer machine in the unit. It's really helpful when you have a long journey and have limited clothes. I also love that they have a kitchen so I can cook my own food which saves me a lot of money. Be mindful when checking in as they don't have 24 hours reception. If you arrive late after 9PM, they will charge you 25€. I should've read their fine prints before booking my flight. There are a couple of issues in the unit, like AC not turning on and an electric outage. I contacted their emergency number and the staff was really helpful and quick at solving the problems. One downside I feel about the apartment is I think the room is quite dusty. I could tell because I'm sensitive to dust. Otherwise, overall my experience staying at this apartment was great.

サンツ駅至近とは思えないほど静かな立地。メトロ駅も至近。大きいスーパーも近くにあって便利。施設は静かで快適。室内に乾燥機付き最新型洗濯機があるのも嬉しい。旅行者向けアパートとして最高の宿泊施設だと思う。唯一の欠点としてはバスタブのお湯が途中で水に変わってしまうこと。通常のシャワー使用であれば問題なし。

1週間滞在しました。 ホテルというよりウィークリーマンションと思ってください。 良いところ 　L1のPlaza de Sants駅、鉄道Sants駅近く。どちらも徒歩5分圏内 　24時間のスーパーが近い。 　近くに居酒屋がたくさんある。 　食器、冷蔵庫、洗濯機など生活に必要なものが揃っている。自炊も可能。 　部屋が広々としている。日本人なら大人二人でも広々としています。 悪いところ 　受付がおらず、何かあったら電話で呼び出す必要がある（英語か西語必須） 　テレビがほぼスペイン語のみ（気になる人だけ） 　地下鉄が浅いらしく朝から夜まで走行音が聞こえる（振動） 　建物前の通りが人通りが少なく、夜は薄暗い（女性は気になるかも） 　アメニティが貧弱。 　 　悪いところもありますが、総じてよいホテルだと思います。なお地下鉄の振動が終わった後でL1の駅に行くと日中はちょうど次の電車が来ているくらいの間隔で移動ができます。

Donanımlı mutfağın ön plana çıkarıldığı bir apart otelde tuz, biber ya da konaklama sırasında kullanılabilecek miktarda bulaşık deterjanı bile bulundurulmamasını garipsedik. Apart otel müşterisinin normal otel müşterisinden farklı ihtiyaçları olduğu, ancak 2-3 günlük seyahatlerde bu tür kullanım malzemelerinin bulundurulması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.

Det var dålig upplevelse, inte som förväntat alls. Andra dagen hade jag glömt nyckel o det var en personal på trappan o trots att jag var med mina barn ute, hon tittade på oss o vi knakade på dörren flera gångar hon reagerade inte alls sedan efter 10 min kom min fru som hade nyckel o öppnade dörren till oss frågade denna personal som inte svarade på oss alls....

Cómodo departamento en una ubicación ideal
Lo único negativo es que nos cobraron 25 euros adicionales por realizar el check-in después de las 8 de la noche. Fuera de eso el departamento es muy confortable, con una cocina bien equipada y dos dormitorios con dos baños, además de una pequeña recepción y un mesa comedor junto a la cocina. La TV es un monitor de PC muy pequeño, podría mejorarse. La ubicación es buena. La calle Riego está llena de bares y restaurantes muy pintorescos, aunque después de la medianoche se convierte en un lugar muy solitario, que provoca algo de temor a cualquier recién llegado.

ビジネスでの中期滞在
　展示会のため7日間滞在しました。こちらはホテルではなく家具付きアパートです。一応ベッドメイキングなど毎日お願いできますが別料金になります。アパートなのでもちろんフロントはなく、到着したら電話で連絡を取り合って鍵を明けて貰う必要があります。なので最低限英語ができないと厳しいかな。 　テレビも衛星放送がないためローカルの番組しかみれませんが、洗濯機、食器（ほとんどIKEA)、ワインオープナーやまな板、包丁まであり、一通り生活ができます。ただコスメティックはないので別途自分で持っていく必要があります。一応シャンプーなどありますが、宿泊中の補充はありませんでした。 　場所についてはBarcelona Santsから徒歩5分くらいで、地下鉄のL1/L5の駅までも5分くらい、目の前の通りを少し歩くとバルやスーパーがいくつかありとても便利です。ただそこを離れると人気がなくなるため女性一人はアパート内に入る際は気をつけたほうがよいと思います。 　また私は気になりませんでしたが、駅の近くなので電車が通るたびに微振動があります。
