We are very sorry to read that kind of reviews and honestely, we don't really understand your complaints. All our guests are happy with the apartment. Also the apartment that you booked is completely renovated, the floor is wooden and is not broken. We also don't understand why you didn't tell us anything during your stay. We provide two numbers (one of them is 24h. telephone), email, and the office is located in the same building. In case the apartment wasn't enough clean for you, you could tell us and our cleaning service could it clean again. After all, I suppose that with you we couldn't be able to achieve your expectations. Also, because no parties were allowed in the apartment and the night guard had to warn you several times to warn you. Maybe reviewing with one star it can be a way of punishment. Regards
