This property offers you an economical place to stay. Please keep in mind that these residential units are dorm rooms. They do not have televisions or phones. The downtown area is approximately a 20 minute walk from the property. There you will find eateries and cafes. If you need to buy groceries, a Mercadona is about a 10 minute walk. A massive shopping center is across town.

Student digs I didn’t realise I would be going into student accommodation. The staff were all really lovely and the room was clean. Just not quite like the photo’s on ebookers. No TV as stated in details. (Thankfully I had iPad) The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I struggled to get comfortable with the one flat pillow I had. Could have done with a blanket as an option rather than just a sheet and throw. You could hear noise from the other rooms. I felt a little out of place being there. It’s just a little too basic for me, but if you are on a budget it’s fine. The town is lovely, a few places to explore. Barcelona is 20 mins on train, train station was about 15 min walk. Being an active person this suited me fine.

Creo que, teniendo en cuenta que se trata de una residencia universitaria, está muy bien si tienes que alojarte unos días. Está bien comunicada con transporte público y tiene servicios cerca (cafeterías, supermercados, etc.).

el sitio en sí está bien, el problema es que la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. El baño se notaba que no lo habían limpiado en años, el suelo de la habitación estaba sucio y las toallas negras y mojadas, tuvimos que pedir en recepción papel del baño porque ni eso había en la habitación. El sitio me parece caro para la poca limpieza que hay.

No quiet there.

We were looking for an inexpensive room when we arrived in Barcelona. Directions said 11 miles but it was double that. It's on the other side of the mountain the opposite of downtown, which requires another $50 cab ride or a confusing train ride. The guy at front desk was nice but my cab driver couldn't find the location and had to call twice. It's in the middle of a college campus.

Très basic, environnement universitaire

D'une manière générale, l'arrêt dans l'hôtel n'était pas catastrophique, mais, il n'est pas indiqué qu'il s'agit d'une chambre universitaire et donc que l'environnement est très étudiant et l'arrivée sur place est peu accueillante et froide, avant de réaliser qu'il fallait rentrer dans le campus pour aller dormir, j'ai cherché l'hôtel un bon moment. Je ne pense pas que le terme Hôtel ou résidence soit approprié pour ce lieu, résidence UNIVERSITAIRE Oui. Je pense aussi que le prix est trop élevé par rapport au prestations et à l'environnement, je pense que 15 ou 20 euros de moins mais aussi l'indication qu'il s'agit d'un lieu universitaire m'aurait permis d'apprécier dans sa juste valeur ce lieu et donc d'évalué avec une note de 4/5 sans aucun problème.

Excellent but distant from city

Rooms were great as were the staff and students in attendance. The best wifi I have experienced anywhere. Excellent food facilities on-site at an excellent price. It is a short walk to the local shops which are also excellent and provide every possible service. The negative is that it is a distance from Barcelona city. It was a 20 minute walk to the station and then another 25 minute train trip to the city. Trains run every few minutes. There is a bus from near the accommodation to the station but I was happy to walk. If you are happy with the location or had your own transport (free parking on site) it would be difficult to fault.
