We would never stay here again. The room was perfectly clean, some of the staff were pleasant and helpful, but not all. The worst was the noise sounding like furniture being dragged across the floor of the terrace on the roof just above our room. It continued until midnight.

Nice stay

I really liked the hostel in general.Staff is very kind and helpful and hostel is very well organized.Location is awesome.room was also nice but one thing to highlight,upper bunk beds don't have any barrier to protect a person from falling.So if you are not a calm sleeper,upper bunk bed could be dangerous,request a lower bed in advance.

While the room in bed were fine and the staff at the check-in was great. Check in took a very long time due to the amount of people waiting in line. The hostel was clean however, the restaurant and main room on the second floor had old and stained furniture. The toilets were clean, but the showers were very dirty And not large enough to shower and change in. This is not as clean as the safe stay in Madrid. This one was disappointing however, the location is top-notch. It is in the heart of everything and that was the plus.

The room didn’t have air conditioning and the bathrooms were very dirty. The guy at reception, Latin (Mexican or Argentine), was very inflexible and disrespectful with us. He refused to put us in contact with the manager to resolve an issue with the reservation. It was a disaster, and people like that should not be working with the public.
